【摘要】:GZ学院作为民办独立学院代表,,从建校到带出第二届毕业生,已有五年时间,但如同任何新生事物一样,由于发展的时间尚短,在发展和建设上都是在实践中摸索,其中教师队伍的稳定发展问题亟需解决。教师队伍是高校的核心资源,更是GZ学院稳定发展的关键。另一方面,伴随着信息全球化,大众维权意识不断提高, GZ学院对教师社会责任的履行也产生了越来越大的影响,甚至在某种程度上履行社会责任已经成为新的竞争规则。因此,GZ学院为了长期发展,需重视教师社会责任的科学执行,在新的工作环境下重新部署自己的战略行为,使其满足教职工的健康发展从而拉动GZ学院的快速发展。 本研究目的在于探讨GZ学院对教职工履行社会责任的现状存在的问题,并分析了产生问题的原因,提出了相应的对策。本文通过以点带面的研究从而扩展在中国高等教育环境下对GZ学院这样的独立学院履行教师社会责任取向认识,并为提高GZ学院社会责任承担和健康发展提供重要观点。 针对这些问题,本研究提出了解决问题的原则以及三个层面的对策。从学校层面,对中高层领导者的社会责任战略布局、队伍结构配置、培养机制、薪酬分配制度、保障机制、评价机制以及教学科研能力提高等方面积极献计献策,与学院共发展。
[Abstract]:GZ College as a private independent college representatives, from the establishment of the school to bring out the second class of graduates, has been five years, but like any new things, due to the development of a short time. In the development and construction are groping in practice, among them, the stable development of the teachers need to be solved. Teachers are the core resources of colleges and universities, but also the key to the stable development of GZ college. On the other hand. With the globalization of information, the awareness of the rights of the public continues to improve, GZ College to the performance of teachers' social responsibility has also had a growing impact. Even to a certain extent, fulfilling social responsibility has become a new competition rule. Therefore, for the long-term development of GZ College, it is necessary to pay attention to the scientific implementation of teachers' social responsibility. In the new working environment, we should redeploy our own strategic behavior to satisfy the healthy development of teaching staff and promote the rapid development of GZ College. The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of GZ college to fulfill the social responsibility of faculty problems, and analyze the causes of the problems. The author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. This paper extends the understanding of the independent colleges such as GZ college to fulfill the social responsibility of teachers under the environment of higher education in China. And to improve the social responsibility of GZ College and healthy development to provide an important point of view. In view of these problems, this study put forward the principles of solving the problem and three levels of countermeasures. From the school level, the senior leaders of the strategic layout of social responsibility, team structure, training mechanism. The salary distribution system, the safeguard mechanism, the evaluation mechanism and the improvement of the teaching and research ability are actively put forward to develop with the college.
