【摘要】：潜在课程是高校德育过程中必不可少的要素。随着我国社会主义市场经济体制改革的不断深入以及计算机技术与信息技术的高速发展，高校德育工作面临的社会环境变得极其复杂，影响大学生的因素也变得多元化。在这种情况下，仅仅依靠显性课程来进行道德教育是不够的，还必须注意运用除此之外的多种因素对大学生施加德育影响，以便提高德育的实效性，促使大学生形成符合社会发展要求的思想观念、政治观点、道德规范。这就涉及到潜在课程的问题了。本文以潜在课程为理论视角，展开对高校德育的研究。首先简要概述了潜在课程的概念、特征及其与高校德育的联系等基础理论，谈了美国高校中潜在课程的研究与运用；其次分析了我国高校德育的现状，探讨了潜在课程在高校德育中的作用以及对我国高校德育的启示；最后分析了潜在课程在我国高校德育中开发利用的紧迫性以及应该遵循的原则，在此基础上，对潜在课程在我国高校德育中开发利用的路径进行了探索，充分发挥校园物质文化和精神文化的感染熏陶作用，，积极挖掘教育方式的渗透作用，深入开发榜样示范教育的强化作用，使高校德育更加贴近生活、贴近实际、贴近学生。潜在课程具有广泛的渗透性、潜在的影响力、无意识的作用方式等特征，对潜在课程进行开发利用，能够推进我国高校德育的发展，提高我国高校德育的实效性。
[Abstract]:Potential curriculum is an essential element in the process of moral education in colleges and universities. With the deepening of the reform of socialist market economy system and the rapid development of computer technology and information technology in our country. The social environment of moral education in colleges and universities has become extremely complex, and the factors affecting college students have become diversified. In this case, it is not enough to rely on explicit courses to carry out moral education. In order to improve the effectiveness of moral education and promote the college students to form the ideological concept and political point of view in line with the requirements of social development, we must also pay attention to the use of many other factors to exert moral influence on college students.
