高校“90后”大学生思想政治教育路径研究

【摘要】:从2008年第一批“90后”大学生走进大学校园至今,“90后”已经完全成为当代高校校园主体,自然也成为当代高校思想政治教育的主要研究对象。每个时代都有其时代特点,作为每个时代中最有活力的大学生,更是深深的烙上了其时代印记,有其鲜明的思想特点,在给大学校园注入新鲜血液的同时,无疑给高校思想政治教育带来巨大挑战。 作为大学生思想政治教育者就应该清醒地把握“90后”大学生的思想状况,认识在政治态度、道德修养和价值取向等方面显现出来的新特征,并分析其深层次的形成原因,把“90后”大学生培养成合格的中国特色社会主义建设者和接班人。 本文旨在通过访谈法、文献分析法、对比分析法,分析“90”后大学生的思想特点,结合时代特征,探索以“90后”为主体的当代高校思想政治教育的新路径,加强和完善高校思想政治教育。 本文主要内容有四个章节。第一章主要是介绍了本文的研究背景和研究意义,以及写作目的和写作方法,并对国内外研究状况进行了分析,指出了本文的创新点和难点。 第二章对“90后”大学生思想特点进行了较详细的分析,发现他们自信独立、思想活跃开放、个人目标长远、敢于创新,同时他们的集体观念淡薄、功利性强、心理抗压能力弱;并从家庭教育、学校教育以及时代背景三个方面分析了影响“90后”思想的因素。 第三章对当前高校思想政治教育现状进行分析时,我们发现当前高校思想政治教育取得了比较显著的成绩,但是同时针对“90后”大学生的思想特点,其中教育理念、教育环境、教育方法以及教育内容等方面存在很多不足。复杂多变的教育环境、社会现实带来的消极影响以及思想政治教育自身发展有滞后性使得高校思想政治教育面临了很多问题和困难。 第四章作为本文的重点,在结合以上分析的基础上,总结出了针对“90后”大学生具有理论和实践指导意义的高校思想政治教育路径。这其中包括优化教育环境、改进教育方式、丰富教育内容以及加强高校思想政治教育队伍几个方面。
[Abstract]:Since 2008, the first group of "post-90s" students have entered the university campus, the "post-90s" has become the main body of contemporary university campus. Nature has also become the main research object of ideological and political education in contemporary colleges and universities. Each era has its own characteristics, as the most dynamic college students in each era, it is deeply branded its epoch mark. With its distinct ideological characteristics, it brings great challenges to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities while injecting fresh blood into the campus. As the ideological and political educator of college students, we should grasp the ideological situation of the post-90s college students soberly, and recognize the new features in the aspects of political attitude, moral accomplishment and value orientation. The causes of the formation are analyzed, and the post-90s college students are trained into qualified constructors and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the ideological characteristics of college students after "90" by means of interview, literature analysis and comparative analysis, combining with the characteristics of the times. This paper explores a new way of ideological and political education in contemporary colleges and universities with "post-90s" as the main body, and strengthens and consummates ideological and political education in colleges and universities. There are four chapters in this paper. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper, as well as the writing purpose and writing methods, and analyzes the research situation at home and abroad. The innovation and difficulty of this paper are pointed out. The second chapter makes a detailed analysis of the ideological characteristics of the "post-90s" college students, and finds that they are confident and independent, active and open-minded, long-term personal goals, dare to innovate, and their collective concept is weak. Strong utilitarian and weak psychological ability to resist pressure; It also analyzes the factors that influence the thought of the post-90s from three aspects: family education, school education and the background of the times. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, we find that the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities has achieved more significant results, but at the same time aimed at the ideological characteristics of post-90s college students. Among them, there are many deficiencies in the educational concept, educational environment, educational methods and educational contents, etc. The educational environment is complex and changeable. The negative impact of social reality and the lag in the development of ideological and political education make the ideological and political education in colleges and universities face a lot of problems and difficulties. Chapter 4th as the focus of this article, in combination with the above analysis on the basis. This paper summarizes the ideological and political education path of the post-90s college students with theoretical and practical significance, which includes optimizing the educational environment and improving the educational methods. Enrich the content of education and strengthen the ideological and political education team in several aspects.
