【摘要】：回答"如何有效地提升高校科技创新能力"问题需要系统、综合地探讨影响因素、作用机理。学术生态建设是封装各种影响因素及其联系的结果,它通过变革与维持过程对高校科技创新能力产生影响,并有助于科技资源、信息技术平台等发挥作用。该框架阐明了新研究链条的意义,并为后续的经验研究奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:To answer the question of "how to effectively promote the ability of scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities", it is necessary to systematically and comprehensively discuss the influencing factors and the mechanism of action. The construction of academic ecology is the result of encapsulating all kinds of influencing factors and their relations. Through the process of change and maintenance, it has an impact on the ability of scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities, and helps to play a role in scientific and technological resources, information technology platforms, etc. This framework clarifies the significance of the new research chain. It also lays a foundation for further empirical research.
