【摘要】：本文采用了文献研究法。首先,从目标、主体、内容、手段方法等组成要素,界定了大学生生涯信息服务体系的内涵。在对美国大学生生涯信息服务进行历史梳理的基础上,呈现其发展现状。其次,从信息服务的提供者的角度,分别说明政府、社会组织、高校在美国大学生生涯信息服务体系中的作用。再次,以俄勒冈大学、哈佛大学为实例,具体说明高校层面的大学生生涯信息服务体系的实施。最后,总结美国大学生生涯信息服务体系的经验、启示。 本研究认为,美国基本上形成了以政府为中坚力量,各种专业协会组织、基金会等社会中介力量为补充,具体落实到各高校的多层次和多形式的生涯信息服务体系。美国大学生生涯信息服务体系的值得借鉴的经验体现在：生涯发展的政策保障、生涯指导的理论支撑、以学生为中心的服务理念、生涯信息服务内容的规范化、信息服务主体间的相互合作、注重专业性和实践性以及国际化的信息内容、现代信息技术对生涯信息服务体系的支撑等。论文最后通过对我国和美国高校学生生涯信息服务体系的比较,提出了发展我国高校学生生涯信息服务体系的若干启示。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the connotation of career information service system of college students from the aspects of target , subject , content , means method and so on . Secondly , from the perspective of information service providers , this paper illustrates the role of government , social organizations and universities in the career information service system of American college students . In the present study , the United States has basically formed the multi - level and multi - form career information service system in universities . The experience of the career information service system of American college students is reflected in the following aspects : policy support of career development , theoretical support of career guidance , mutual cooperation among student - centered service concepts , career information service content , professional and practical and international information content , modern information technology support for career information service system , etc . Finally , through the comparison of our country and American college student career information service system , this paper puts forward some inspiration to develop the service system of university student career information service in our country .
