【摘要】:高校德育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,是社会主义精神文明建设的重要方面。道德是个人在精神上和行为上对社会要求所做出的反应或选择,并通过个体道德生活的践履,从而形成具有个人特点的道德品质。伦理关怀是满足人的伦理需求,促进个体和谐的根本途径。关怀伦理重视关怀、情感、责任、情境、公平等的表达。大学德育的培养目标是为国家、为社会培养合格且具有健全人格的高素质人才,其培养人才质量的高低,将直接影响到一个国家甚至一个民族的兴旺发达。实施大学德育教育,构建大学生人格和谐,促进大学校园和谐,从而推进社会和谐。 本论文研究的任务主要集中在高校实施关怀道德教育的教育途径,从实践层面探索关怀伦理视域下的高校道德教育,并证实高校关怀道德教育的可行性和实效性。通过大学生自觉地实践对他人、对社会、对人类的道德关怀,验证高校关怀道德教育的真正实效。 文章分为四个部分:第一部分通过运用文献研究方法,从教育学、哲学和心理学的视角对关怀伦理道德教育产生的文化渊源进行了考察,在对文本梳理的基础上概括了关怀伦理道德教育思想的基本内涵,并阐述了关怀伦理道德教育在当代高校的发展。第二部分从关怀伦理视角看大学生道德发展中存在的普遍问题以及大学德育的内容、方式、途径等方面。第三部分从关怀伦理实际运用对高校自身的道德现状和大学生在校道德发展现状进行调查研究分析。第四部分针对高校德育和大学生道德教育现存的问题提出相应思考与建议。
[Abstract]:Moral education in colleges and universities is an important part of higher education in our country and an important aspect of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. And through the practice of individual moral life, to form a moral quality with personal characteristics. Ethical care is to meet the ethical needs of human beings, promote individual harmony, the fundamental way to promote individual harmony. Care ethical attention to care, emotion, responsibility. The goal of university moral education is to train qualified and well-qualified talents with perfect personality for the country and the society. It will directly affect the prosperity of a country or even a nation. Carry out the moral education of university, construct the personality harmony of college students, promote the harmony of university campus and promote social harmony. The task of this thesis is to focus on the educational ways of carrying out caring moral education in colleges and universities, and to explore the moral education in colleges and universities from the practical level. It also proves the feasibility and effectiveness of caring for moral education in colleges and universities, and verifies the real effect of caring for moral education in colleges and universities through the conscious practice of college students to others, to society and to human beings. The article is divided into four parts: the first part through the use of literature research methods, from the perspective of pedagogy, philosophy and psychology to examine the cultural origin of ethics and moral education. On the basis of combing the text, this paper summarizes the basic connotation of the educational thought of caring for ethics and morality. The second part looks at the common problems existing in the moral development of college students from the perspective of caring ethics and the contents and ways of moral education in colleges and universities. The third part is the investigation and analysis of the moral status of colleges and universities and the development of college students' morality from the practical application of caring ethics. Part 4th is aimed at the extant moral education of colleges and universities and college students' moral education. Put forward the corresponding thinking and suggestion.
