清代河北书院研究

【摘要】：书院是中国历史上一种独特的教育组织形式，同时也是传统教育体系的重要组成部分。河北省素有“燕赵”之称，历史悠久，人才辈出，，文教事业也一直处于较为发达的水平。河北书院经过唐宋元明几朝的发展，于清代进入鼎盛时期，成为当时最普遍的教育机构。作为古代高等教育的典范，清代河北书院为燕赵大地培养了大批优秀人才，同时也对区域学术文化的繁荣和教育的普及做出了不可磨灭的贡献。本文以河北书院为研究对象，考察其在有清一代的发展演变过程。文章共分四部分：第一部分简要介绍清代河北书院发展的背景；第二部分具体论述清代河北书院的普遍发展状况，并对其发展特点进行分析总结；第三部分从组织管理、教学管理和经费管理三个维度详细阐述清代河北书院的管理制度；第四部分讨论清代河北书院的办学活动，主要围绕着书院的三大事业——教学、藏书和祭祀三个方面进行阐释和说明。本文试图尽量还原清代河北书院的原貌，并挖掘其中的有益资源或合理因素，进而对我省当前的教育事业提供一点借鉴。
[Abstract]:College is a Chinese historically unique organizational form of education, is also an important part of the traditional education system. Hebei province is known as "Yan", has a long history, talent, culture and education has been in a more developed level. Hebei Academy of Tang Song Yuan Ming dynasties after several development in the Qing Dynasty entered the heyday became the most common educational institutions. As an example of ancient higher education, Hebei Academy in Qing Dynasty to cultivate a large number of outstanding talents for the yanzhao, also made an indelible contribution to the popularization of regional academic prosperity of culture and education.
This paper takes Hebei College as the research object, study its development in the Qing Dynasty the evolution process. The article is divided into four parts: the first part briefly introduces the development background of Hebei Academy in Qing Dynasty; the second part discusses the general development situation of Hebei Academy in Qing Dynasty, and its development characteristics are analyzed and summarized; the third part from the organization management in three dimensions, teaching management and financial management are described in detail in Hebei in the Qing Dynasty academy management system; the fourth part discusses the Qing Dynasty Hebei academy education activities, mainly around the three major business college teaching, three aspects of collection and ritual interpretation and explanation. This paper try to restore the original appearance of Hebei Academy in Qing Dynasty, and the mining of useful resources among them or reasonable factors, and provide reference for the current education.
