数学师范生认知结构及其对教育实习影响研究

【摘要】:本研究旨在对数学师范生的认知结构和教育实习进行研究,研究的主要问题有三个:数学师范生认知结构的现状和分析研究;数学师范生教育实习中教学技能发展研究;数学师范生教学技能发展的影响因素研究。研究目的是检测数学师范生培养目标的达成程度,为高等师范院校的数学师范生培养提供一些参考;为数学师范生的教育实习提供指导,帮助其做好思想和理论上的准备。 本研究以广西师范学院2008级数学师范生为研究对象,,根据数学师范生大学课程成绩、自编测试卷和教育实习中课堂录像进行质的和量的分析研究。研究结果表明: 1、数学师范生认知结构中,本体性知识和实践性知识水平为良好水平,条件性知识为合格水平;数学教学知识、心理学知识和教学设计与管理的策略掌握较差。 2、本体性知识对数学观和教育观的影响有限;数学教学知识和数学分析、几何学及初等数学存在显著相关;教育学知识和教学设计与管理的策略存在显著相关。 3、数学师范生的教学技能发展水平较低;数学师范生本体性知识及各维度对数学教学技能影响有限,条件性知识对数学教学技能有影响,但影响不显著,数学教学知识和教育学知识对数学教学技能有显著的影响,数学教育观对其数学教学技能有显著的影响。 4、数学师范生教学实习中教学技能的影响因素有:数学师范生认知结构;数学师范生校内实践训练;数学师范生对待教育实习的态度及未来职业定位;教师指导及同伴指导。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to study the cognitive structure and educational practice of mathematics normal students. There are three main problems in the study: the present situation and analysis of the cognitive structure of mathematics normal school students; A study on the Development of Teaching skills in the Teaching practice of Mathematical normal School students; The purpose of this study is to test the degree of achievement of the training goal of mathematics normal students, and to provide some references for the cultivation of mathematics normal students in normal universities. To provide guidance for the teaching practice of mathematics normal students and to help them to prepare for their ideas and theories. This research takes the 2008 mathematics normal students of Guangxi normal University as the research object, according to the mathematics normal college students' course achievement. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the self-compiled test papers and classroom videos in educational practice shows that: 1. In the cognitive structure of mathematics normal school students, the level of ontological knowledge and practical knowledge is good, and the conditional knowledge is qualified level; Mathematics teaching knowledge, psychology knowledge and teaching design and management strategies are poor. (2) Noumenon knowledge has a limited influence on the view of mathematics and education; Mathematics teaching knowledge and mathematical analysis, geometry and elementary mathematics have significant correlation; There is a significant correlation between pedagogy knowledge and instructional design and management strategies. (3) the development level of teaching skills of mathematics normal students is low; Noumenon knowledge and each dimension of mathematics normal students have limited influence on mathematics teaching skills, conditional knowledge has influence on mathematics teaching skills, but the influence is not significant. Mathematics teaching knowledge and pedagogy knowledge have significant influence on mathematics teaching skills, and mathematical education concept has significant influence on mathematics teaching skills. 4. The influencing factors of teaching skills in the teaching practice of mathematics normal students are as follows: the cognitive structure of mathematics normal students; The practice training of mathematics normal school students; Mathematics normal students' attitude towards educational practice and their future career orientation; Teacher guidance and peer guidance.
