中美高校德育教育差异性研究

【摘要】:高校德育工作在我国历来受到高度重视。在新的时代背景下,如何更进一步的做好我国高校德育工作,使青年学生朝着更加积极健康的方向发展,努力培养符合社会主义现代化建设的复合型人才,是一个迫切需要解决的问题。由于历史文化传统与社会制度的差异,中美两国高校的德育教育存在着明显差异,对高校德育目标、内容、实施途径等的阐述不尽相同。但随着经济全球化的不断加强,信息化程度越来越高,国与国之间的联系日益紧密,逐渐呈现出相互借鉴、相互学习的趋势。在高校德育的工作问题上,中美两国都在不断地探索研究,试图在不同的文化氛围与历史背景下,努力找到一条适合于本国发展的德育创新之路。我国高校德育以马克思主义基本理论为主导,德育内容呈现出整体性、理论性与系统性的特点,层次性相对缺乏;课堂灌输式教育是德育实施的一个主要途径,十分强调理论学习,课程稍显乏味,,实践作用并不突出。美国高校德育十分强调个人的价值,德育目标并未在政治上有突出表现;德育内容较我国更具体生动、接近生活,尤其重视历史教育,宗教教育渗透其中;德育实施采取价值分析等方法,效果显著。文章以中美高校德育比较研究为切入点,通过对中美高校德育目标、德育内容、德育实施途径的比较研究,对我国高校德育建设提出了五个方面的建议:一是加强爱国主义教育,使大学生热爱祖国,时刻坚定爱党、爱国信念,形成强烈的民族自尊心与自豪感;二是加强中华传统道德教育,借鉴世界先进文化成果;三是完善德育课程的设立,使德育教育与其他方面的教育牢牢结合,在对其他学科进行教育的同时不断渗透德育教育,提高时效性;四是德育与社会实践相结合,使学生通过参加社会实践活动培养自己独立生活的意识,自立、自强、自信;五是将学生的主体性与德育教育相结合,在德育教育中积极发挥他们的长处与优势,废除过去不科学的教育模式,努力健全大学生人格,实现大学生人格现代化。 本文的第一章主要一些基本知识的介绍,包括选题缘由以及研究的重要意义等,并结合实际阐述了研究目的、意义及方法。接下来运用对比分析等研究方法分别就中国和美国高校各自在德育工作中所面临的主要问题进行了较为深刻的分析,取其精华、去其糟粕、兼收并蓄、为我所用。第三章主要分为三个部分来进行阐述,也是文章的核心内容,分别就中国和美国高校在德育内容、方法与实施途径问题上展开论述,寻找其差异性,为我国高校德育的完善铺平道路。本文的第四章为文章的难点,从理论基础、价值取向、政策导向入手,对存在差异性的具体原因进行了深刻分析。第五章就如何完善我国高校德育,并结合我国实际,提出了具体策略。
[Abstract]:The moral education in Colleges and universities has received great attention in our country. Under the background of new era, how to further improve our moral education in Colleges and universities, the young students towards a more active and healthy direction, to cultivate talents for the socialist modernization, is an urgent problem to be solved. Due to differences in history the cultural tradition and social system, there are significant differences of moral education between Chinese and American universities, the content of moral education goals, implementation approaches, this is not the same. But along with the globalization of economy growing, increasingly high degree of information technology, relations between nations have become increasingly close, gradually showing each other learn from each other. In the trend of college moral education work, the two countries are constantly trying to explore, in the cultural atmosphere and different historical context, trying to find a Suitable for their own development path. The innovation of moral education moral education in Universities Based on the basic theory of Marx doctrine is dominant, the content of moral education show a comprehensive and systematic theory, characteristics, the relative lack of hierarchy; classroom education is a main way of moral education, emphasizes the theory of learning, curriculum slightly boring, practical effect is not prominent. The American college moral education emphasizes the value of the individual, the goal of moral education does not have outstanding performance in politics; the content of moral education in our country is more vivid and close to life, with particular emphasis on history education, the penetration of religious education; moral education take the value analysis method, the effect is significant. The university moral education between China and America a comparative study on Sino US as the breakthrough point, through the goal of moral education, moral education, comparative study of moral education way, on construction of moral education in Colleges and universities in China put forward five aspects Suggestions: one is to strengthen the patriotic education, to enable students to love the motherland, love the party always firmly, patriotic faith, forming strong sense of national pride and pride; the two is to strengthen the Chinese traditional moral education, learn from the advanced cultural achievements of the world; the three is to improve the establishment of moral education, the moral education and other aspects of education firmly with the continuous infiltration of moral education in the education of other subjects at the same time, improve the timeliness; four is the moral education and social practice, to make the students to participate in social practice to develop their own sense of independence, self-reliance, self-reliance, self-confidence; the five is to combine the students' subjectivity and moral education, actively play the strengths with their advantages in the moral education, the abolition of the past does not scientific mode of education, efforts to improve the college students' personality, realize the modernization of College Students' personality.
The first chapter mainly introduces some basic knowledge, including the reason of the topic and the research significance, and expatiates on the research purpose, significance and method. Then by using the method of comparative analysis, analyzes deeply the main problems faced by their China and American universities in the moral education work, take its essence, to its dregs, eclectic, as I used to. The third chapter is divided into three parts to elaborate, but also the core content of the article, respectively Chinese and American universities in the content of moral education, discusses the problems and ways of implementation, find the difference, paving the way for the improvement of the moral education in colleges and universities in China in this paper. The fourth chapter is the difficulty of this article from the theoretical basis, value orientation, policy orientation, with the specific reasons for the differences have been deeply analyzed. The fifth chapter is about how to perfect The moral education in Colleges and universities in our country, and combined with the reality of our country, put forward specific strategies.
