【摘要】:在当今全球高等教育市场中,美国占据了最大的份额;法国等西欧传统强国的高校日益面临着人才流失的窘境。为了与美国竞争、吸引全球各地的高端人才,欧盟进行了欧洲模式的高等教育改革,例如推行欧洲高等教育一体化,共建“欧洲高等教育区”,推行“伊拉斯谟计划”等。法国作为欧盟中重要的一员,自上世纪末以来便积极投身于欧洲高教一体化的建设。从表面上看,法国等欧洲国家正试图以区域一体化的模式与美国抗衡。与此同时,法国政府也采取了一系列深入的高等教育体制改革,尤其是2006年以来的高校重组策略,大大改变了传统法国高校规模小、教研分离的面貌。但在改革落实的同时,法国高等教育也将逐渐丧失精英教育等自身原有的特色。从内部看来,改革后的法国高校实际上在向美国的研究型大学靠拢,法国似乎在高等教育全球化的背景之下选择了一条美国化的道路。法国的经验与选择值得同样面临着全球化挑战的我国高等教育借鉴。
[Abstract]:In today's global higher education market, the United States occupies the largest share; Universities in the traditional powers of Western Europe, such as France, are increasingly facing the dilemma of brain drain. In order to compete with the United States and attract high-end talent from all over the world, the European Union has carried out the reform of higher education in the European model. For example, the integration of higher education in Europe, the establishment of a "European higher education zone", the implementation of the "Erasmus Plan" and so on. France as an important member of the European Union. Since the end of 0th century, European countries have been actively engaged in the construction of European higher education integration. On the surface, France and other European countries are trying to compete with the United States in the model of regional integration. At the same time. The French government has also adopted a series of in-depth reform of higher education system, especially the restructuring strategy of universities since 2006, which has greatly changed the scale of traditional French colleges and universities. The separation of teaching and research. But in the implementation of the reform, France's higher education will gradually lose its original characteristics such as elite education. From the internal point of view. The reformed French universities are actually moving closer to the research universities of the United States. Under the background of globalization of higher education, France seems to choose a path of Americanization.
