【摘要】:民办高等教育由于“先天发育不全、后天营养不良”,是高校群体中的弱者。因此,民办高校要想生存并持续发展,必须奋勇直上,努力做好自身的经营管理,尤其是学生管理,提高管理水平,才能留住自己的顾客——学生,使学校获得长远发展。 民办高校学生管理满意度是民办学校学生对学生管理的实际感受程度与他们入学前对其预期值比较后的程度。学校提供的学生管理质量高,能满足学生学习生活的需要,其满意度就高,反之,满意度就低。民办高校如能通过学生管理满意调查,了解学生需求的变化趋势及自身的发展状况,积极优化管理项目,让有限的资源发挥最大的效用,这样能很好的促进民办高校的发展。 本文通过对湖北某民办高校学生管理现状进行分析,揭示其面临的挑战,从顾客满意理论角度阐述民办高校学生管理的必要性和可行性,并深入湖北某民办高校开展实地调查,运用科学的统计方法处理调查的数据,发现该校学生管理中学习、实践指导,就业指导和学生管理感知价值等方面学生管理满意度偏低,严重影响该校的声誉。针对调查结果,文章从人本观念出发,以顾客满意理论为指导,有针对性地提出了树立“学生满意”的学生管理理念、构建完善的学生管理体系、改善招生方式和入学辅导内容、完善生活管理服务体系、提高学生资助使用效率、提高学习和实践指导质量以及加强就业指导支撑力度等七项改进措施,并对这些措施的可行性作了详细论证。
[Abstract]:Private higher education is a weak person in the group of colleges and universities because of "congenital underdevelopment and acquired malnutrition". Therefore, if private colleges want to survive and continue to develop, they must go straight up and strive to do their own management well. In particular, students can keep their customers and make the school develop in the long run by improving their management level. The satisfaction degree of students' management in private colleges is the degree of students' actual feeling of students' management and the degree of comparing them with the expected values before they enter the school. The quality of student management provided by the school is high. To meet the needs of students' learning and life, their satisfaction is high, on the contrary, the satisfaction is low. Private colleges and universities can understand the changing trend of students' needs and their own development status through student management satisfaction survey. Actively optimize the management of the project, let the limited resources play the greatest role, so as to promote the development of private colleges and universities. By analyzing the current situation of student management in a private university in Hubei province, this paper reveals the challenges it faces, and expounds the necessity and feasibility of student management in private colleges and universities from the perspective of customer satisfaction theory. And in-depth investigation of a private university in Hubei, the use of scientific statistical methods to deal with the survey data, found that the school student management learning, practical guidance. Employment guidance and perceived value of students' management management are on the low side, which seriously affects the reputation of the school. According to the survey results, the article starts from the humanistic concept, guided by customer satisfaction theory. It puts forward the idea of "student satisfaction", constructs the perfect student management system, improves the way of enrollment and the contents of enrollment guidance, and consummates the service system of life management. Seven improvement measures, such as improving the efficiency of student financial aid, improving the quality of study and practice guidance and strengthening the support of employment guidance, are discussed in detail, and the feasibility of these measures is demonstrated in detail.
