一般高校少数民族大学生思想教育问题研究

【摘要】:少数民族大学生多数是从少数民族中选拔出来的优秀分子,他们肩负着建设和发展民族地区,促进祖国边疆的巩固和维护民族团结的特殊重任。少数民族大学生思想水平的高低也与国家的发展息息相关,因此,为少数民族地区培养合格的建设者和可靠的接班人成为高等院校思想政治教育工作的基本任务之一。 随着高校的扩招,少数民族大学生的人数也在不断地增加,更多的少数民族学生进入一般高校(除民族院校)学习深造。而少数民族大学生作为一个较特殊的群体,其生活习惯、民族信仰等方面与一般大学生相比,具有一定的特殊性,当他们进入一般高校后容易出现一些生活上的不适应、交往上的障碍,以及专业学习跟不上等问题,这些问题如果不能及时得到帮助会影响到少数民族学生的健康成长以及正确的人生观、价值观等的形成。因此,一般高校的思想政治教育工作者应提高对少数民族大学生思想教育的重要性认识,并关注少数民族大学生的学习和生活,了解其思想特点,不断探讨加强少数民族大学生思想教育工作、管理工作的方法、途径。 本文以“一般高校少数民族大学生思想教育问题研究”为题,意在探究一般高校少数民族大学生思想特点,以及加强一般高等院校少数民族大学生思想教育的新思路。本文共分四个部分: 第一部分导论,概述本选题提出的缘由,研究目的与意义,,研究思路与方法,研究的创新,以及对研究中相关基本概念的界定。 第二部分少数民族大学生思想状况调查与分析,从理想信仰、国家观念、党性认识、价值取向五个方面设计调查问卷,进行抽样测量与定量分析,全面了解一般院校少数民族大学生的思想状况,并分析其思想特点及存在的问题。 第三部分一般高校大学生思想状况调查与分析,从活动开展、班主任工作、思想政治理论课三个方面设计大学生对思想教育的满意度调查问卷,进行调查与分析,并从分析一般高校在对少数民族大学生进行思想教育中存在的问题。 第四部分加强一般高校少数民族大学生思想教育问题研究,从教育理念、内容、方法、途径四个方面提出一般高校在对少数民族大学生进行思想教育中应采取的有效策略。
[Abstract]:The majority of ethnic minority students are selected from the ethnic minorities from the outstanding elements, they are responsible for the construction and development of ethnic areas. Promoting the consolidation of the border areas of the motherland and safeguarding the special responsibility of national unity. The ideological level of ethnic college students is also closely related to the development of the country, therefore. To train qualified constructors and reliable successors in minority areas has become the basic Ren Wuzhi of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. With the expansion of colleges and universities, the number of ethnic minority students is also increasing. More minority students enter general colleges (except ethnic colleges) to further their studies, and minority students as a more special group, their living habits, national beliefs and other aspects compared with ordinary students. Have certain particularity, when they enter general colleges and universities, it is easy to appear some life inadaptability, communication obstacles, as well as professional learning can not keep up with other problems. If these problems can not get help in time, it will affect the healthy growth of minority students and the formation of correct outlook on life, values and so on. The general ideological and political education workers in colleges and universities should raise the awareness of the importance of the ideological education of ethnic minority college students, and pay attention to the study and life of minority college students, and understand their ideological characteristics. To explore the ways to strengthen the ideological education and management of minority college students. This paper aims to explore the ideological characteristics of minority college students in colleges and universities with the title of "study on the ideological education of minority college students in general colleges and universities". And the new ideas of strengthening the ideological education of minority college students in colleges and universities. This paper is divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction, which summarizes the reason of this topic, the purpose and significance of the research, the research ideas and methods, the innovation of the research, and the definition of the basic concepts in the research. The second part of the investigation and analysis of the ideological status of ethnic minority college students, from the ideal belief, national concept, party awareness, value orientation five aspects of questionnaire design, sampling measurement and quantitative analysis. To understand the ideological status of minority students in general colleges and universities, and analyze their ideological characteristics and existing problems. The third part of the general college students' ideological status survey and analysis, from the activities, class teacher work, ideological and political theory of three aspects of the design of college students' satisfaction with ideological education questionnaire. This paper investigates and analyzes the problems existing in the ideological education of minority college students in general colleges and universities. Part 4th strengthens the general university minority student ideological education question research, from the education idea, the content, the method. This paper puts forward the effective strategies that should be adopted in the ideological education of ethnic minority students in general colleges and universities in four aspects.
