医学生思想政治教育现状及影响因素研究

【摘要】：目的：对于医学生思想政治教育理念的框架在国内已然成熟，但就本文的主题来看，很多文献缺乏实效性和现实性，仅仅从宏观政策出发，进行至上而下的论述和阐释。对此，本文力图将此方面的分析进行细化，以医学生思想政治教育作为出发点，进行更具现实意义的分析和思考。方法：（1）宏观与微观相结合：本文结合医学思想政治教育等相关理论，联系实际，引入现阶段医学生思想政治教育的现状，并将分析触角深入因素层面，对医学生思想政治教育现阶段所存在的问题，以及其背后的影响因素进行全面细致的罗列。从而实现从宏观到微观的分析视角。（2）理论研究与政策分析相结合：医改是近几年来人们关注的热点话题，医疗改革也并没有象人们所期望的，得到满意的效果。当然，任何改革都不可能一帆风顺。我国医疗改革进程也一样面临着诸多矛盾和问题。我们只有把握好政策与方向，才能够有效率地将医疗改革进行下去。由此，本文结合相关的理论与实践背景，将近几年的医改政策为依据，，从医学生思想政治教育的视角入手，以图在医疗改革的基础性层面（人才培养层面）进行力所能及的的分析研究，并提出相关建议。结果：通过对医学生思想政治教育的理论辨析以及现阶段教育中存在的问题，分析影响医学生思想政治教育的几个主要因素：（1）外部因素，（2）教育因素，（3）医学生主观因素。结论：医学生思想政治教育所存在的不足虽然很大程度上受到时代思潮的影响，但还有一部分原因来自教育体制和医学生群体自身。因此，要改善医学生思想政治教育的现状，还需要从学校、教育机制以及学生自身出发，来进一步完善思想政治教育，这样才能够由内而外地让医学生感到思想政治教育的重要性，更能够肩负其作为医护人员的社会责任感。
[Abstract]:Objective: the framework of ideological and political education for medical students in China has matured, but as far as the theme of this paper, many of the literature is lack of effectiveness and reality, only from the macro policy. For this, this paper tries to refine the analysis in this respect, taking the ideological and political education of medical students as the starting point. Analysis and thinking of more practical significance. Methods: the combination of macro and micro: this paper combines medical ideological and political education and other relevant theories, connecting with practice. This paper introduces the present situation of the ideological and political education of medical students and analyzes the problems existing in the ideological and political education of medical students at this stage. And the factors behind the comprehensive and meticulous list, so as to achieve from the macro to micro perspective of analysis of the combination of theoretical research and policy analysis: health care reform is a hot topic of concern in recent years. Health care reform has not had the desired effect, of course. Any reform can not be smooth sailing. Our medical reform process is also facing many contradictions and problems. We only grasp the policy and direction, we can effectively carry out the medical reform. This article combines the relevant theory and practice background, nearly several years of medical reform policy as the basis, starting from the perspective of ideological and political education of medical students. In order to the basic level of health care reform (talent training level) to do as much as possible analysis and research. Results: through the analysis of the theory of ideological and political education of medical students and the existing problems in the current education. This paper analyzes several main factors affecting the ideological and political education of medical students: 1) external factors and 2) educational factors. Conclusion: the deficiency of the ideological and political education of medical students is greatly influenced by the trend of thought of the times. But there are also some reasons from the educational system and medical students themselves. Therefore, in order to improve the status quo of ideological and political education of medical students, we also need to start from schools, educational mechanisms and students themselves. Only in this way can medical students feel the importance of ideological and political education and shoulder their social responsibility as medical staff.
