家庭在高等教育投资中的成本—收益研究

【摘要】:本文基于我国高等教育已经进入大众化时代,并且家庭逐渐成为高等教育投资风险承受主体的背景,在对国内外学者的教育收益及教育成本等相关领域的研究进行梳理的情况下,为更全面的考察家庭高等教育投资成本的补偿方式,尝试利用结构方程模型的方法将高等教育投资收益的实证研究领域从货币收益扩展到非货币收益范围。 本文首先对相关问卷数据进行了整理,共选取了1778个样本,其中有568个样本回答了有关家庭的问卷调查,随后我们通过信度分析和缺失值处理确保数据的可用性,并利用因子分析浓缩变量,为下一步的结构方程模型准备研究变量。其次,本文以现有文献作为理论基础设定初始模型,并根据模型对数据的整体拟合结果对模型加以修正,修正后的模型包含货币性收益和积极精神娱乐活动参与度、工作健康度以及回馈型补偿等三项非货币性收益。在受教育程度、性别、区域、城乡等不同分类标准下通过结构方程模型对产出型补偿和回馈型补偿进行实证研究,分析结果显示,教育投资对非货币性收益的影响大于货币性收益,高等教育阶段教育投入对教育收益的影响小于中等教育阶段,女性未从高等教育投资中获得显著的非货币收益,并且中部地区及农村的教育成本对教育收益具有较大的影响。 最后,我们根据本文实证分析所得出的结论,从扩展大众的教育收益观念,改善制约高等教育投资收益的社会经济环境和鼓励欠发达地区的家庭进行教育投资等三个方面提出了有利于促进我国家庭高等教育投资收益实现,保持我国家庭高等教育投资积极性的政策建议。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the background that higher education in China has entered a popular era, and the family has gradually become the subject of higher education investment risk bearing. In the domestic and foreign scholars' education income and education cost and other related fields of research combing, for a more comprehensive investigation of family higher education investment cost compensation. This paper attempts to use the structural equation model to expand the empirical research field of higher education investment returns from monetary to non-monetary returns. In this paper, the data of the questionnaire were collected, and a total of 1778 samples were selected, among which 568 samples answered the questionnaire survey about families. Then we use reliability analysis and missing value processing to ensure the availability of data and use factor analysis to concentrate variables to prepare variables for the next structural equation model. Secondly. In this paper, the existing literature as the theoretical basis to set the initial model, and according to the model of the overall data fitting results to modify the model, the revised model includes monetary benefits and participation in active entertainment activities. Three non-monetary benefits, including job health and feedback compensation. In education, gender, and region. Empirical study on output compensation and feedback compensation is carried out under different classification criteria, such as urban and rural areas. The results show that the impact of education investment on non-monetary income is greater than that on monetary income. The impact of higher education investment on educational income is smaller than that of secondary education, and women do not get significant non-monetary benefits from higher education investment. And the cost of education in the central region and rural areas has a greater impact on the income of education. Finally, according to the conclusions of the empirical analysis, we expand the concept of educational income of the public. Improving the social and economic environment that restricts the income of investment in higher education and encouraging families in less developed areas to invest in education puts forward three aspects which are conducive to promoting the realization of the income of investment in family higher education in our country. Policy suggestions on keeping the enthusiasm of Family higher Education Investment in China.
