高校科研团队隐性知识转移的知识场境案例研究

【摘要】:对隐性知识的研究,学术界由来已久,但是着眼点更多地是放在了企业这一主体,而对高校科研团队中的隐性知识却没有给予应有的重视。众所周知,高校科研团队承载着基础研究、科技创新和人才培养的重任,隐性知识已经成为高校科研团队的核心竞争资源,其重要性不言而喻,因此如何使高校科研团队中的隐性知识得到充分的转移,已经逐渐成为学者们研究的焦点。大部分关于隐性知识的研究都是集中在知识分类和影响隐性知识转移的因素方面,很少涉及和提出适合于隐性知识转移的合理措施。 本文借助国内外学者关于隐性知识转移对企业及高校科研团队建设和发展方面的重要作用的研究成果,,提出了“知识场境”这一概念,并以X高校X科研团队为具体案例对高校科研团队的“知识场境”进行了分析和探讨,即对X高校X科研团队中的隐性知识转移模式——进入场境中学习进行了研究,试图构建一个适合于高校科研团队隐性知识转移的合理“知识场境”。“知识场境”的建立在很大程度上可以促进高校科研团队中隐性知识的转移,保证了团队知识不断的深化和扩展,为团队的发展提供了知识支持。 在此基础上,本文构建的“知识场境”具有三个层面,包括团队精神场境、团队内部知识交流场境和团队外部联结沟通场境。团队精神场境是其他两个场境存在的基础,同时团队内部知识交流场境和团队外部联结沟通场境又相互渗透和相互影响,不同层面的场境相互作用。最后,本文分析了“知识场境”不同层面联结在一起的元素。 本文研究对于促进高校科研团队中隐性知识的转移与高校科研团队的建设和发展具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:The research of tacit knowledge has a long history in academic circles, but the focus is more on the main body of enterprises, but the tacit knowledge in the scientific research team of colleges and universities has not been given due attention. As we all know, the tacit knowledge in the scientific research team of colleges and universities has not been given due attention. Scientific research teams in colleges and universities bear the heavy task of basic research, scientific and technological innovation and talent training. Tacit knowledge has become the core competitive resources of scientific research teams in colleges and universities, and its importance is self-evident. Therefore, how to make the tacit knowledge in the scientific research team of colleges and universities to be fully transferred. Most of the researches on tacit knowledge focus on the classification of knowledge and the factors affecting the transfer of tacit knowledge. Few reasonable measures suitable for tacit knowledge transfer are involved and proposed. This paper puts forward the concept of "knowledge field" with the help of the research results of scholars at home and abroad on the important role of tacit knowledge transfer on the construction and development of scientific research teams in enterprises and universities. And take X university X research team as the concrete case to carry on the analysis and the discussion to the university scientific research team's "knowledge field environment". That is to say, the tacit knowledge transfer mode of X university X scientific research team-learning into the field has been studied. This paper attempts to construct a reasonable "knowledge field" suitable for the transfer of tacit knowledge among scientific research teams in colleges and universities. To a great extent, the establishment of "knowledge field" can promote the transfer of tacit knowledge in scientific research teams in colleges and universities. Ensure the continuous deepening and expansion of team knowledge, and provide knowledge support for the development of the team. On this basis, this article constructs the "knowledge field" has three levels, including the team spirit field environment. The internal knowledge exchange environment of the team and the team external connection communication field environment. The team spirit field environment is the foundation of the other two fields. At the same time, the team internal knowledge exchange environment and team external connection communication field environment and mutual penetration and mutual influence, different levels of field environment interaction. Finally. This paper analyzes the elements of different levels of knowledge field. This paper has some reference value for promoting the transfer of tacit knowledge and the construction and development of scientific research team in colleges and universities.
