【摘要】：新建地方本科院校出现的时间不长，该类院校的人才的目标定位应为培养具有实践能力和创新能力的应用型人才。因此,实践教学体系的构建对于新建地方本科院校的发展至关重要。目前新建地方本科院校在人才培养目标、师资力量的配置、实践教学基地的建设以及实践教学的管理制度等方面都存在着不同程度的问题。没有一个完善的实践教学体系来指导高校开展实践教学，导致此类高校难以实现其人才培养目标。对新建地方本科院校实践教学体系中存在的问题进行分析和研究能够有助于解决这些问题，构建起适合新建地方本科院校的实践教学体系，推动我国高等教育的发展。笔者在对几所新建地方本科院校的实践教学探索研究的基础上，对新建地方本科院校的实践教学体系的构建进行了研究。本论文主要分为6部分，内容安排如下：在第一部分序言中，笔者介绍了选题的背景、研究的目的和意义、研究现状、参考的文献、研究方法等。在第二部分中，笔者对新建地方本科院校实践教学体系的相关概念进行了界定。此外，笔者还指出了该研究的理论基础，如人才发展理论以及教育与生产相互结合的理论等。在第三部分中，，笔者在对我国的新建地方本科院校实践教学体系的大量考究的基础之上，总结出了其存在的问题。问题主要有人才培养目标定位不明确，实践教学没有形成体系等。在第四部分中，笔者分析和借鉴了国内外实践教学开展的比较好的国家和地区的的经验。在第四部分的基础上，笔者在第五部分分析出了影响实践教学体系构建的因素，提出了构建新建地方本科院校的实践教学体系，内容主要包括：明确规定人才培养目标、构建规范实的践教学环节、构建完善的实践教学体系保障制度。对新建本科院校实践教学体系的研究既是一个学术问题也是一个实践问题，对这个问题的研究与实践是指导新建本科院校创新办学理念，办出特色，促进新建本科院校健康持续发展的基础工程。
[Abstract]:The new local colleges and universities appear for a short time, the goal of this kind of colleges and universities should be to cultivate practical and innovative talents. The construction of practical teaching system is of great importance to the development of newly-built local colleges and universities. At present, new local colleges and universities in the goal of talent training, the allocation of teachers. There are some problems in the construction of practical teaching base and the management system of practical teaching. There is not a perfect practical teaching system to guide colleges and universities to carry out practical teaching. As a result, it is difficult for such universities to achieve their talent training goals. Analysis and research on the problems existing in the practical teaching system of newly established local colleges and universities can help to solve these problems. To construct a practical teaching system suitable for new local colleges and universities to promote the development of higher education in China. On the basis of the exploration and research on the practice teaching of several newly established local undergraduate colleges, the author studies the construction of the practice teaching system of the newly established local undergraduate colleges. This paper is divided into six parts. The content is arranged as follows: in the first part of the preface, the author introduces the background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the study, research status, reference documents, research methods, etc. In the second part. In addition, the author also points out the theoretical basis of the research. Such as the theory of talent development and the theory of the combination of education and production. In the third part, the author on the basis of a large number of practical teaching system of new local colleges and universities in China. Summed up its existing problems. The main problems are: the orientation of talent training objectives are not clear, practice teaching has not formed a system. In the 4th part. On the basis of 4th parts, the author analyzes the factors that affect the construction of practice teaching system in 5th. This paper puts forward the construction of practical teaching system in newly-built local colleges and universities. The contents mainly include: defining the training objectives of talents, constructing standardized practical teaching links, and constructing a perfect system of practical teaching system. The research on the practice teaching system of the newly-built undergraduate colleges is not only an academic problem but also a practical problem. The research and practice of this problem is to guide the new undergraduate colleges to innovate the idea of running a school and to do the characteristics. Basic engineering to promote the healthy and sustainable development of newly-built colleges and universities.
