“慎独”思想的现代意蕴及其对高校德育的启示研究

【摘要】：“慎独”思想在长期发展过程中，形成了丰富的内涵和完整的体系，是极具生命力的德育内容和方法，是中国传统文化的重要组成部分。“慎独”作为中国古代重要的修身思想之一，是修身养性方法、过程和目标的统一体，，将“慎独”思想运用到高校道德教育上将会产生很强大的德育功效。文章首先从“慎独”的含义与特征、“慎独”的哲学阐释、“慎独”的现代意蕴（“慎独”作为修身养性的方法体现了人的自律精神，“慎独”作为修身养性的过程体现了对人主体性的高扬，“慎独”作为修身养性的追求主张自我超越追求人性的完善与卓越）几个方面对“慎独”思想进行了解读。然后以“人”为结合点从不同角度阐释了“慎独”思想与高校德育的内在关系，即“慎独”用作修身养性方法有助于培养道德自律精神；“慎独”对主体性的高扬有助于提升道德教育要求的主体意识；“慎独”对人之自我超越的追求有助于完善道德教育的超越性本质。最后介绍了“慎独”思想对高校德育工作的启示。首先介绍了当前的高校德育工作在一定程度上存在“人学空场”，即强调道德他律而忽视了道德自律，以工具价值遮蔽了人的发展的本体价值，具有适应主义倾向而忽视了人的超越性培育。之后介绍了运用“慎独”重新确立高校德育工作的基本理念，即从道德他律走向道德自律，从工具走向人本，从适应走向超越。最后介绍了运用“慎独”改进完善高校德育工作的基本途径：注重道德修养，加强道德自律；增强情感体验、注重生活实践，发挥学生的主体性；关注、满足人的超越性需要，培养“有德性的人”。

First introduced the university moral education work in the current existence of "empty" to a certain extent, which emphasizes moral heteronomy and ignore the moral self-discipline, the instrumental value obscured the ontological value of human development, has to adapt to the tendency of ignoring the cultivation of transcendence of people. After the introduction of the basic concept of "Shendu" to establish the moral education in Colleges and universities, from moral heteronomy to self-discipline, from tool to humanism, from adapting to the transcendence. Finally introduces the application of "Shendu" to improve and perfect the basic way of moral education in high school: pay attention to morality, strengthen the moral self-discipline; enhance the emotional experience pay attention to the life practice, play the subjectivity of students; attention to meet the people's need of transcendence, cultivating "good men".
