医学院校就业指导教育模式创新研究

【摘要】：2012年，全国普通高校毕业生规模达到680万人。当前我国经济发展面临的国内外环境仍然十分复杂，不稳定、不确定因素还不少；高校毕业生就业总量压力和结构性矛盾依然突出，就业形势严峻，大学生的就业问题已经引发了越来越多的关注。医学高等教育是高等教育的重要组成部分，现代医学教育对医学生的知识、能力、素质提出了更高的要求。医学生的就业既有普通高等院校大学生就业的共性，同时又有着自身特殊的方面，医学生就业工作面临着更多的挑战与难题。近几年来，医学院校的就业指导教育工作不断改革，取得了一些成效。但是，仍然有一些学校的就业指导服务层次较低，仅仅局限在面向毕业生发布就业信息、宣传就业政策、培训应聘技巧、办理就业协议等。同其他高校相比，医学院校毕业生就业面比较窄，所以，，医学生的就业问题就变得尤为突出，由此也引发医学院校的就业指导工作的压力和挑战。就医学院校的就业指导的现状来看，还存在一些问题。如：教学的内容与学生的需求不符、教学方法和教学手段过于陈旧和就业指导师资队伍建设存在问题等。本文从医学院校就业指导教育工作的现状入手，在对医学院校现有就业指导教育模式相关理论分析的基础上，采用调查法、文献研究法、描述性研究法、比较研究法等科学研究方法，通过对我国部分医学院校就业指导教育和指导模式的研究，了解和掌握了当前医学院校就业指导教育的基本情况，取得了第一手资料，对医学院校就业指导教育现有的“全程化”就业指导教育模式、“个性化”就业指导教育模式、“体验式”就业指导教育模式、“发展式”就业指导教育模式和“就业竞争力”就业指导教育模式等的现状、成效及问题进行了论述。本文认为，新医改政策的颁布对于医学院校毕业生就业产生了重大影响，加之医学院校就业有一定的特殊性：医学院校职业选择相对集中、执业医师考试体制影响医学学生的就业、国家指向性政策与基层现实的矛盾。所以，医学院校就业指导只有行业全程参与就业指导模式才能最大程度地实现就业。本文提出了行业参与就业指导模式指的是从医学生进校伊始到毕业的整个过程，都有基层医疗单位全程参与。医学生一二年级参观、认识基层医疗单位；三四年级结合临床类课程、实验类课程的见习教学，进入基层医疗单位行业见习；五年级进行就业政策、技巧等学习。并对行业全程参与的就业教学体系的教学过程、教学方法、教学评价与反馈进行了论述。提出了：不断完善就业指导工作服务体系；全方位、多层次为毕业生提供就业信息服务；加强对学生实施职业生涯规划指导；实施就业心理辅导等保障与制度方面的建设。本文认为，针对医学院校就业指导教育模式做具体研究，对改善医学院校当前就业指导的现状、增强就业指导教育的实效性、促进大学生成长成才、实现医学生充分就业具有十分重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:In 2012 , the size of the national average college graduates reached 6.8 million . At present , the environment at home and abroad is still very complex , unstable and uncertain . The pressure and structural contradiction of the total employment of graduates in colleges and universities are still outstanding , the employment situation is serious , and the employment problem of college students has caused more and more attention . Medical higher education is an important part of higher education , and modern medical education demands higher demands on the knowledge , ability and quality of medical students . The employment of medical students has the commonness of the employment of college students in colleges and universities . At the same time , the employment of medical students is confronted with more challenges and challenges . In recent years , the employment guidance education in medical colleges has been continuously reformed , and some achievements have been achieved . However , there are still some problems in the employment situation of medical colleges . This paper starts with the current situation of the employment guidance education in medical colleges . Based on the analysis of the relevant theoretical analysis of the current employment guidance education model in medical colleges and universities , this paper studies the current situation , achievements and problems of the employment guidance education and the guiding mode in medical colleges and universities through the research on the employment guidance education and the guiding mode of the medical college , and obtains the first hand information , and discusses the present situation , achievements and problems of the employment guidance education in medical colleges . It is believed that the promulgation of the new medical reform policy has a great influence on the graduates ' employment in medical colleges and universities . This paper puts forward that the employment guidance model refers to the whole process from the beginning of the medical students to the graduation , and the whole course of the medical units in the grass - roots level is involved . The medical students are visiting the second grade , the medical units in the grass - roots medical units are recognized , the teaching process , the teaching methods , the teaching evaluation and the feedback of the employment teaching system with full participation in the industry are discussed . The teaching process , teaching methods , teaching evaluation and feedback of the whole - course participation of the industry are discussed . It is of great practical significance to study the current situation of the current employment guidance in medical colleges , enhance the effectiveness of employment guidance education , promote the growth of college students , and realize the full employment of medical students .
