【摘要】：我国目前社会主义建设的目标是“和谐”,而且人们对“和谐”的认识也越来越重视。社会主义和谐社会建设的一个重要方面就是和谐校园建设,而高等学校作为社会的一个重要组成部分,又是社会文明与进步的机构,所以高校的安定与发展对建设社会主义和谐社会具有着极其重要的作用。首先,分析了高校和谐校园文化的内涵和作用；其次,分析了当前我国高校和谐校园文化建设的现状：一方面,和谐校园文化建设取得了初步成就,另一方面,还存在一些具体问题：高校和谐校园文化建设软环境与硬环境失衡、高校和谐校园文化建设的主体发挥能力欠佳、高校校园文化形式单一、高校和谐校园文化尚未形成齐抓共管共识。产生这些问题的原因包括：对高校和谐校园文化的主体认识不全、社会不良风气对高校和谐校园文化的影响、缺乏健全的高校管理机制。我们要解决校园文化中存在的这些问题,就必须建设和谐的校园文化,这不仅是构建社会主义和谐社会的需要,也是培养高校学生的创新能力,推动高校科学发展的必要条件。我们进行和谐的校园文化建设,要采取以下措施：提高对高校和谐校园文化建设重要性的认识、营造和谐的高校校园环境氛围、加强和谐高校校园制度建设、营造和谐人际关系、高校和谐校园文化建设应突出全面性与特色性。
[Abstract]:At present, the goal of socialist construction in our country is "harmony", and people pay more and more attention to "harmony". One important aspect of the construction of socialist harmonious society is the construction of harmonious campus. As an important part of society, colleges and universities are also the institutions of social civilization and progress, so the stability and development of colleges and universities play an extremely important role in building a harmonious socialist society. Firstly, the connotation and function of harmonious campus culture in colleges and universities are analyzed. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of the construction of harmonious campus culture in colleges and universities: on the one hand, the construction of harmonious campus culture has made initial achievements, on the other hand. There are also some specific problems: the construction of harmonious campus culture in colleges and universities soft environment and hard environment imbalance, the main body of harmonious campus culture construction ability is not good, the university campus culture form is single. Harmonious campus culture in colleges and universities has not yet formed a common understanding. The causes of these problems include: the subject of harmonious campus culture in colleges and universities understanding is not complete, the bad social atmosphere on the impact of harmonious campus culture in colleges and universities. In order to solve these problems in campus culture, we must build a harmonious campus culture, which is not only the need of building a harmonious socialist society. It is also a necessary condition to cultivate the innovative ability of college students and promote the scientific development of colleges and universities. We should take the following measures to build a harmonious campus culture: to improve the understanding of the importance of harmonious campus culture construction in colleges and universities. The construction of harmonious campus culture in colleges and universities should be emphasized on its comprehensiveness and characteristics, so as to build a harmonious atmosphere of campus environment, strengthen the construction of harmonious campus system, and build harmonious interpersonal relations.
