大学生职业生涯规划中的思想政治教育探析

【摘要】：大学生职业生涯规划是近年来国家为解决大学生就业问题所采取的重要举措之一。大学生职业生涯规划是教育者借助科学的测评工具在对学生本人的主客观条件进行测评、总结、分析的基础上,结合学生自己的兴趣、爱好和个性特点,帮助学生确立科学、合理的求职目标,并引导学生为实现这一目标制定行动计划的有机、统一活动。其核心和灵魂是通过帮助学生树立奋斗目标,引导学生正视就业问题,确立正确的就业观,促进大学生综合素质的全面提升和学生的全面发展。思想政治教育是社会或社会群体为使其社会成员形成符合社会要求的思想品德,有组织、有计划、有目的地运用一定的政治观念、思想观点和道德规范对其施加影响的社会实践活动。在我国,开展大学生思想政治教育的一个重要目的在于通过思想政治教育活动,引导大学生树立科学的世界观、人生观,促进大学生全面发展。大学生职业生涯规划和大学生思想政治教育的核心和灵魂都在于促进学生的全面发展。因此,将大学生职业生涯规划与思想政治教育相结合,加强大学生职业生涯规划中的思想政治教育,既有利于引导学生转变传统就业观念,树立科学的择业、就业观,促进学生综合素质的提升和全面发展,也有利于学生自身和社会的可持续发展。将思想政治教育作为核心和灵魂引入职业生涯规划,摆脱原来的纯粹以就业为导向的指导模式,帮助大学生全面发展,使得大学生职业生涯规划更加全面、深入和有效。本文从大学生职业生涯规划与思想政治教育之间的关系出发,论述了思想政治教育对大学生职业生涯规划的指导作用,深入分析了大学生职业生涯规划中思想政治教育的现状,提出了加强和改进大学生职业生涯规划中思想政治教育的思考和建议。全文共分为三部分：第一部分,首先介绍了西方职业生涯规划相关理论、我国大学生职业生涯规划的发展历程和发展现状；其次,概括了大学生职业生涯规划与思想政治教育的相关性,研究了思想政治教育在大学生职业生涯规划中的指导作用,这是全文的立足点。第二部分,研究了大学生职业生涯规划中思想政治教育的现状,主要分析了大学生职业生涯规划中思想政治教育取得的成绩及存在的主要问题和产生问题的原因。第三部分,提出加强和改进大学生职业生涯规划中思想政治教育的建议。主要包括：正确认识大学生职业生涯规划中思想政治教育的指导作用,不断提高大学生职业生涯规划与思想政治教育的互动性；不断完善大学生职业生涯规划中思想政治教育内容的针对性；加强大学生职业生涯规划中思想政治教育队伍的建设；将大学生职业生涯规划中的思想政治教育贯穿整个大学阶段。
[Abstract]:The career planning of college students is one of the important measures taken by the state to solve the employment problem of college students in recent years. The career planning of college students is a tool for educators to evaluate the subjective and objective conditions of students with the aid of scientific evaluation tools. On the basis of summing up and analyzing, combining students' own interests, hobbies and personality characteristics, to help students establish scientific and reasonable job search goals, and guide students to formulate action plans to achieve this goal. The core and soul of the unified activity is to help students set up the goal of struggle, guide them to face up to the problem of employment, establish the correct view of employment, and promote the comprehensive improvement of college students' comprehensive quality and the all-round development of students. Ideological and political education is the social or social group in order to make its members to form the social requirements of ideological and moral character, organized, planned, purposeful use of certain political ideas, In our country, an important purpose of carrying out ideological and political education for college students is to guide college students to establish a scientific world outlook and outlook on life through ideological and political education. The core and soul of college students' career planning and college students' ideological and political education are to promote their all-round development. Therefore, combining college students' career planning with ideological and political education and strengthening the ideological and political education in college students' career planning is not only helpful to guide students to change their traditional concept of employment, but also to set up a scientific view of choosing jobs and employment. To promote the promotion and overall development of students' comprehensive quality is also conducive to the sustainable development of students themselves and society. The ideological and political education as the core and soul is introduced into the career planning to get rid of the original guidance mode which is purely employment-oriented. Help college students to develop in an all-round way and make their career planning more comprehensive, thorough and effective. Starting from the relationship between college students' career planning and ideological and political education, this paper discusses the guiding role of ideological and political education in college students' career planning. This paper deeply analyzes the present situation of ideological and political education in college students' career planning, and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on strengthening and improving ideological and political education in college students' career planning. The full text is divided into three parts:. In the first part, the author introduces the relevant theories of western career planning, the development course and present situation of college students' career planning in our country, and then summarizes the correlation between career planning and ideological and political education of college students. This paper studies the guiding role of ideological and political education in the career planning of college students, which is the foothold of the thesis. The second part studies the current situation of ideological and political education in college students' career planning, mainly analyzes the achievements of ideological and political education in college students' career planning, the main problems and the causes of the problems. In the third part, some suggestions are put forward to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education in college students' career planning, including: correctly understanding the guiding role of ideological and political education in college students' career planning. Constantly improve the interaction between college students' career planning and ideological and political education, constantly improve the pertinence of ideological and political education content in college students' career planning, strengthen the construction of ideological and political education team in college students' career planning; The ideological and political education in college students' career planning runs through the whole university stage.
