高校勤工助学中的思想政治教育功能研究

【摘要】：自1987年以来，我国逐步建立了以“奖、贷、助、补、减”为主体的多元化高校贫困生资助体系，其中“勤工助学”是唯一一个非直接性给予型资助。勤工助学的目的不仅是为了给予学生一定的经济资助，更是为了促进学生德、智、体、美、劳的全面协调发展。本文在中央关于加强和改进大学生思想政治教育文件精神及国家关于高校资助政策文件精神的指导下，运用思想政治教育学原理，对高校勤工助学进行全面审视，对“高校勤工助学中的思想政治教育功能研究”这一课题进行初步探讨。全文共分为四章：第一章是绪论。介绍本选题的选题背景及国内外研究现状，介绍本选题的研究思路、方法及创新点。第二章界定勤工助学的概念，梳理勤工助学的发展历程，阐释勤工助学的思想政治教育功能，为文章的论述做好基础铺垫。第三章结合问卷调查结果，从高校、大学生、勤工助学开展形式三个方面提出制约勤工助学中思想政治教育功能发挥的因素。第四章，对策研究部分。由于制约勤工助学中思想政治教育功能发挥的因素是多方面的，，因此可以从以下几方面入手：首先，确立科学的指导原则；其次，突出勤工助学中思想政治教育的重点内容；再次，完善勤工助学中思想政治教育功能的发挥路径；最后，构建勤工助学中思想政治教育功能发挥的机制。本文的创新点部分主要体现在：第一，提出了勤工助学中思想政治教育的指导原则；第二，整合提炼了勤工助学中思想政治教育的重点内容；第三，提出了勤工助学中思想政治教育的新路径。
[Abstract]:Since 1987, China has gradually established a diversified financial aid system for poor college students, with "awards, loans, assistance, compensation and subtraction" as the main body. The purpose of part-time work study is not only to give certain financial aid to students, but also to promote the harmonious development of students' morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor. Under the guidance of the central authorities on strengthening and improving the spirit of the documents of college students' ideological and political education and the spirit of the national policy documents on university funding, this paper makes a comprehensive examination of the part-time work study in colleges and universities by applying the principles of ideological and political education. This paper makes a preliminary study on the function of ideological and political education in the study of part-time work in colleges and universities. The full text is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction. It introduces the background of this topic and the current research situation at home and abroad, introduces the research ideas, methods and innovations of this topic. Chapter two defines the concept of part-time work study. Combing the development course of the part-time work study, expounding the ideological and political education function of the part-time work study, laying the foundation for the discussion of the article. This paper puts forward the factors that restrict the function of ideological and political education in part-time work education from three aspects. Chapter 4th, the research part of countermeasures. The factors that restrict the function of ideological and political education in work-study are various. Therefore, we can start from the following aspects: first, to establish scientific guiding principles; secondly, to highlight the key content of ideological and political education in work-study; thirdly, to improve the function of ideological and political education in work-study; finally, Construct the mechanism of ideological and political education in the part-time work-study. The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects: first, it puts forward the guiding principles of ideological and political education in work-study; second, it integrates and refines the key contents of ideological and political education in work-study; third, This paper puts forward a new way of ideological and political education in the part-time work study.
