新时期文化校园建设与大学生素质教育研究

【摘要】:高校作为传播社会主义先进文化、培养社会主义先进文化建设者的主阵地,与生俱来就是文化建设的主体。大学文化是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分,在深化文化体制改革,推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣,建设社会主义文化强国的时代背景下,如何加强大学文化建设,提升大学文化软实力,培育大学精神,打造文化校园,进一步加强和改进大学生素质教育,帮助大学生树立科学正确的世界观、人生观、价值观、道德观,培养信念坚定、思想道德素质高、科学文化知识丰富、创新意识和实践能力强的复合型人才是高校育人的根本所在。 本文从马克思主义哲学、高等教育学、教育文化学、文化社会学等多学科角度,系统研究了文化校园建设的理论内涵与实践建构,对学生素质教育现状进行考察与实证分析的基础上,对高校文化校园的内涵、特征、功能、原则、目标进行了系统的阐述,并从实践层面创新性尝试提出了学生素质教育的文化策略、实践路径及加强和改进学生素质教育的路径与措施。 第一章阐述了文化校园建设的理论内涵与实践建构,对“文化”和“文化校园”的概念进行了界定。在辨析“文化校园”与传统“校园文化”及“文化型”校园的基础上,详细论述了文化校园的科学内涵、本质特征,指出了文化校园微观实践层面上具有“育人、导向、规范、激励、凝聚”等功能,在宏观及文化特征层面上具有“文化传承、文化启蒙、文化自觉、文化创新”等功能;阐述了文化校园建设的原则与目标及构建载体,指出文化校园建设要遵循“主导性、整体性、人本性、创新性、时代性、特色性”等原则。 第二章论述了学生素质教育的现状考察与实证分析,介绍了社会主义文化建设背景下,大学生素质教育所面临的紧迫形势,客观分析了当前高校大学生思想政治教育工作中人文精神、人文关怀缺失的现象和根源;实证分析了当前高等教育,尤其是新时期大学生素质教育及大学生思想道德素质、人文素质、创新素质等方面存在的问题。 第三章提出了学生素质教育的文化策略与实践路径,在厘清文化校园与学生素质教育内在关系的基础上,阐明了学生素质教育视域下文化校园建设的载体与措施,指出文化校园的建构载体主要涵括“物质文化、精神文化、制度文化、活动文化、行为文化”;在此基础上,,进而提出文化校园视域下强化学生素质教育的具体路径与措施,即坚持文化自信,弘扬民族精神和时代精神;树立文化自觉,彰显科学精神和人文关怀;推进文化创新,培育创新精神和实践能力。 总之,文化校园建设是增强学生素质教育工作针对性和实效性的新的文化诉求,是构建全方位思想政治教育新格局的必由之路。
[Abstract]:As the main position of propagating socialist advanced culture and cultivating the constructor of socialist advanced culture, colleges and universities are the main body of cultural construction by nature. Under the background of deepening the reform of cultural system, promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture and building a socialist cultural power, how to strengthen the construction of university culture, enhance the soft power of university culture, cultivate the spirit of university, and build a cultural campus, To further strengthen and improve quality education for college students, to help them to establish a scientific and correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, moral values, strong training beliefs, high ideological and moral quality, and rich scientific and cultural knowledge, Creative consciousness and strong practical ability of the complex talent is the fundamental point of education in colleges and universities. This paper systematically studies the theoretical connotation and practical construction of cultural campus construction from the perspectives of Marxist philosophy, higher education, educational culturology, cultural sociology, etc. On the basis of investigating and analyzing the present situation of students' quality education, the connotation, characteristics, functions, principles and objectives of the cultural campus in colleges and universities are systematically expounded. At the same time, it puts forward the cultural strategy, the practical path and the ways and measures to strengthen and improve the students' quality education. The first chapter expounds the theoretical connotation and practical construction of cultural campus construction, defines the concepts of "culture" and "cultural campus". On the basis of discriminating between "cultural campus" and traditional "campus culture" and "cultural type" campus, This paper discusses in detail the scientific connotation and essential characteristics of the cultural campus, points out that the microcosmic practice level of the cultural campus has the functions of "educating, guiding, standardizing, encouraging and condensing", and has "cultural heritage" in the macroscopic and cultural characteristic levels. This paper expounds the principles and objectives of cultural campus construction and its construction carrier, and points out that the construction of cultural campus should be guided by "leading, integrity, human nature, innovation and times." The second chapter discusses the current situation and empirical analysis of students' quality education, and introduces the urgent situation faced by college students' quality education under the background of socialist cultural construction.
