校史在大学生思想政治教育中的功能及其实现路径研究

【摘要】:一所高校在创建、发展与壮大的过程中会形成自身独特的校史。校史是高校一切物质和非物质要素的集合体,是对于高校教学理念和教学指导思想的真实体现。当前在开展大学生思想政治教育的过程中,充分发挥校史教育的独特优势,促进思想政治教育实效性的提高是非常必要的。近些年来,随着改革开放的脚步不断加快,我国的各地高校都正处于教育教学改革的关键时期,特别是在外来文化的影响之下,当前我国大学生的思想政治素养也出现了一系列的变化。在这种双重变革的同时,怎样将两种变革巧妙地融入到高校的思想政治教育当中,是所有思想政治教育工作者所要研究的重要课题。而利用校史开展大学生思想政治教育,则能够促进高校历史发展与学生思想政治教育的共赢。从目前来看,我国国内已经有越来越多的学者开始将思想政治教育的目光聚焦到校史资源的开发中来,在这一全新的思想政治教育契机面前,大学生的思想政治教育也迎来了重要的突破创新时期。本文共分为四个部分针对校史在大学生思想政治教育中的功能及其实现路径进行粗浅地研究。 第一部分,,校史与大学生思想政治教育的关系辨析,这一部分主要阐述了校史的相关概念、校史的主要功能以及校史与大学生思想政治教育的关系三个方面的内容,从而为后续的研究扫清理论上的障碍。 第二部分,校史在加强大学生思想政治教育中的重要价值与独特优势。这一部分主要探讨了在大学生思想政治教育中校史的价值之所在,包括有利于激发大学生的爱国情感、增强大学生的社会责任、提升大学生的人文素养、培养大学生的意志品质;其次论述了校史的独特优势,包括符合认知规律、教育规律、学生心理以及时代要求四方面。 第三部分,大学生思想政治教育中校史教育存在的问题。结合当前高校思想政治教育的现实情况,分析了校史教育存在的问题并找出了其深层次的成因,从而为最后一部分对策的研究指明方向。 第四部分,校史在大学生思想政治教育中功能实现的路径。这一部分主要阐述了在大学生思想政治教育中利用校史资源的具体措施,包括加强校史项目研究和教材编写、开设校史教育选修课程和实践、建设以校史馆为核心的校史教育基地以及加强高校校史馆工作人员队伍的建设四个方面。本文在研究的过程中由于受到多方面条件的限制,还存在许多不足之处,还希望得到列为专家和导师的批评指正。

In the process of carrying out the ideological and political education, give full play to the unique advantage of school education. To promote the improvement of the effectiveness of Ideological and political education is very necessary. In recent years, with the reform and opening up, accelerating the pace of China's colleges and universities are in a critical period of education reform, especially under the influence of foreign culture, the present college students' Ideological and political quality has also appeared in a series of changes in this double change. At the same time, how will the two revolution cleverly integrated into the ideological and political education, all the workers of Ideological and political education to research the heavy Subject. And the use of history to carry out ideological and political education, to promote college students' Ideological and political education of historical development and win-win situation. At present, our country has more and more scholars began to develop in the ideological and political education focuses on the history of resources, in the face of the new ideological and political the opportunity for education, the ideological and political education also ushered in an important breakthrough and innovation period. This paper is divided into four parts according to the history in the ideological and political education function and realization path of superficial study.
The first part, the relationship between the history and the ideological and political education, this part mainly expounds the related concepts of history, the three aspects of the history of the relationship between the main function and the history and the ideological and political education content, so as to further study on the theory of clearing obstacles.
The second part, history in the importance of Ideological and political education and unique advantages. This part mainly discusses the history of Ideological and political education in the value, including to arouse their patriotic emotion, strengthening students' social responsibility, to enhance the humanistic quality of the college students, to cultivate students' willpower; secondly, the history of the unique advantages, including compliance with the cognitive law, education law, four aspects of students' psychological and age.
The third part of school education in the ideological and political education. Combining with the current situation of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, analyzes the history of education problems and to find out the deep causes and thus indicates the direction for the last part of countermeasure research.
The fourth part, the path history function in college students' Ideological and political education. This part mainly expounds the concrete measures of making use of resources in the history of the ideological and political education in the history, including the strengthening of project research and compilation of teaching materials, courses and practice elective school history education, construction of University History Museum as the core of the history education base and strengthen university the history of the museum staff team construction in four aspects. In the course of the study due to various constraints, there are still many shortcomings, but also hope to get a list of experts and instructors criticism.
