甘肃省高等学校本科教育人才培养目标研究

【摘要】:“人才培养亦即育人是大学的基本价值和其存在的最重要理由”。当前,我国正处在社会转型的关键时期,国家提出要加快由人力资源大国向人力资源强国、教育大国向教育强国迈进的步伐,这对培养人才的主力军——高等教育提出了严峻的挑战,也对所培养的人才提出了更高更多的要求。面对这样的机遇和挑战,我们要清醒的认识到,当前我国的高等教育还不能完全适应国家经济社会发展和人民群众接受多样化教育的需求,要实现这个目标,需要我们不断的改革高等教育,不断的改革人才培养方式。我国高校惯有的重研究生教育,轻本科生教学已经成为一个突出的问题,而且,本科生的就业也成为一个现实的问题,那么究竟本科教育该如何培养对社会有用人才呢?我们必须从对本科教育起着引导调控作用的人才培养目标开始进行深入的研究。 文章借助课题的支撑,获取到了甘肃省14所本科院校的人才培养方案、教学计划等文本资料,首先,从我国本科教育人才培养目标的内涵开始,在已有的研究基础上分析总结出了本科教育人才培养目标的内容结构,主要包括使用规格、素质结构、社会价值、培养方向四个要素;其次,在理清概念的基础上,从这四个维度分析了甘肃省的本科教育人才培养目标现状及问题,其中存在培养目标表述混乱、内容结构不完整、趋同性强、笼统、缺乏特色以及对学生个性关注不足等问题;第三,和国内外其他高等学校人才培养目标进行对比,去粗取精,加以借鉴;第四,基于上述理论、问题以及对比,笔者提出甘肃省本科教育大才培养目标的改革策略:加强对人才培养目标的理论研究;培养目标基于高校自身定位;培养目标和高校自身优势相结合、突出特色;人才培养目标与地方经济社会发展紧密结合;人才培养目标要寻求全面发展与学生个性张扬的平衡点;本科教育人才培养目标中突出应用性;人才培养目标中应渗透教育思想和理念等七个策略,期望能够对甘肃省本科教育人才培养目标的制定有一定启发,进而培养出质量更高、更加符合经济社会要求的人才。
[Abstract]:"the cultivation of talents is the basic value of universities and the most important reason for their existence". At present, China is in a critical period of social transformation, and the country has proposed to speed up the transition from a large country of human resources to a powerful country of human resources. The pace of a big educational country to become a powerful educational country has posed a severe challenge to the main force in the cultivation of talents-higher education, but also put forward higher and more requirements for the talents that have been trained. Faced with such opportunities and challenges, We must be soberly aware that the current higher education in our country cannot fully meet the needs of the country's economic and social development and the people's acceptance of diversified education. To achieve this goal, we need to continuously reform our higher education. The constant reform of talent training methods. The emphasis on graduate education, which is customary in Chinese universities, has become a prominent problem, and the employment of undergraduates has also become a real problem. So how should undergraduate education cultivate useful talents for the society? We must carry on the thorough research from the talent training goal which the undergraduate education plays the leading and regulating role. With the support of the subject, the paper obtains the text data of the talent training plan and teaching plan of 14 colleges and universities in Gansu province. Firstly, it starts with the connotation of the goal of undergraduate education talent training in our country. On the basis of existing research, this paper analyzes and summarizes the content structure of undergraduate education personnel training goal, which mainly includes four elements: usage specification, quality structure, social value and training direction. Secondly, on the basis of clarifying the concept, From these four dimensions, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of undergraduate education talent training goal in Gansu province, among which there are some problems, such as confused expression of cultivation goal, incomplete content structure, strong convergence, generality, lack of characteristics and insufficient attention to students' personality. Third, compared with other domestic and foreign colleges and universities, talent training objectives, to remove rough learning, to learn from; 4th, based on the above theory, problems and comparison, The author puts forward the reform strategy of the goal of undergraduate education in Gansu province: strengthening the theoretical research on the goal of cultivating talents, basing on the orientation of the university itself, combining the training goal with the advantages of the university itself, and highlighting the characteristics of the goal; The goal of talent training should be closely combined with the development of local economy and society, the goal of talent training should seek the balance point between all-round development and the spread of students' personality, and the goal of cultivating talents in undergraduate education should be applied. Seven strategies such as educational thought and idea should be permeated into the goal of talent cultivation, which is expected to enlighten the formulation of talent training goal of undergraduate education in Gansu Province, and then to cultivate talents of higher quality and more in line with the economic and social requirements.
