【摘要】：大学毕业生"考研热"现象已经成为近年来被公众所热议的话题,对我国大学生就业、人才利用现状产生了巨大的影响。针对此现象,从经济学角度分析其形成的机理,并结合我国"考研热"的实际提出一些建设性对策,具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of "examination for postgraduate studies" has become a hot topic for the public in recent years, which has had a great impact on the employment of college students and the utilization of talents. In view of this phenomenon, the mechanism of its formation is analyzed from the angle of economics. Some constructive countermeasures are put forward, which are of great theoretical and practical significance.
