从古代走向现代：我国大学学术管理制度取向研究

【摘要】：大学以其教育性和学术性区别于其他社会机构。然而关于当前大学管理的研究，大多只着重于行政管理而忽视与学术性相对应的学术管理问题，使大学成为行政系统的附庸。从而使行政权力凌驾于学术权力之上，从体制上控制了学术自由。纵观我国高等教育史，学术管理制度的革新无不对我国大学的学术发展起到了推波助澜的作用，学术取向的每一次占据上风无不将我国的学术发展带向繁荣。为此，大学管理体制的改革应当把重点转移到学术管理制度的改革与完善上。具体来说，本研究主要从以下几部分展开。第一部分，引言。此部分主要介绍了研究的缘起、研究的目的和意义、研究的内容，研究思路和研究方法以及理论基础与分析框架等。文献综述主要从古代大学学术管理制度的研究、近代大学学术管理制度的研究、从古代到近代大学学术管理制度演变及其取向特征、从古代到近代大学学术管理制度所表现的特征对我国的启示这四部分进行细致的研究，从而明确了本研究的理论意义和实践意义。第二部分，我国古代大学学术管理制度内容与特征分析。此部分主要运用文本分析对我国古代大学的学术管理制度在其内容上进行深入分析，并归纳出其本质特征。尤其对稷下学宫及书院学校的学术管理制度进行了个案研究。第三部分，我国近代大学的学术管理制度内容与特征分析。此部分对近代大学的学术管理内容进行特征分析,并归纳出本质特征，尤其对京师大学堂和北京大学的学术管理制度进行了研究。第四部分，当代我国大学学术管理制度启示与改革。通过探索我国大学学术制度理性选择和取向原则，结合学术管理制度取向的现实表现，以重新构建符合我国国情的大学学术管理制度。
[Abstract]:Universities are distinguished from other social institutions by their educational and academic nature. However, most of the current research on university management focuses on administration and neglects the academic management problems corresponding to academic nature. It makes the university become the adjunct of the administrative system, thus makes the administrative power above the academic power, and controls academic freedom systemically. Throughout the history of China's higher education, The innovation of the academic management system has contributed to the academic development of our universities, and each time the academic orientation has gained the upper hand, it has brought the academic development of our country to prosperity. The reform of university management system should focus on the reform and perfection of academic management system. The first part, introduction. This part mainly introduces the origin of the study, the purpose and significance of the study, the content of the study, Research ideas and methods, theoretical basis and analytical framework. Literature review mainly from the ancient university academic management system research, modern university academic management system research, The evolution and orientation of academic management system of universities from ancient to modern times, the characteristics of academic management system of universities from ancient to modern times, and the enlightenment to our country from ancient to modern times are studied in detail. Thus, the theoretical and practical significance of this study is clarified. The second part is the analysis of the content and characteristics of the academic management system of ancient universities in China. This part mainly uses text analysis to deeply analyze the academic management system of ancient universities in China. The paper also sums up its essential characteristics, especially the case study on the academic management system of Jixia School and Academy School. In the third part, the content and characteristics of academic management system of modern universities in China are analyzed, and the essential characteristics of academic management contents of modern universities are summed up. In particular, the academic management system of Beijing University and Peking University has been studied. Part 4th, the enlightenment and reform of the academic management system of contemporary universities in China. By exploring the principles of rational choice and orientation of the academic system of universities in China, the author combines the practical manifestation of the orientation of the academic management system in China. In order to reconstruct the university academic management system in accordance with the national conditions of our country.
