高校“四位一体”的学生就业工作机制研究

【摘要】:就业是民生之本,高校毕业生是国家宝贵的人力资源,做好高校毕业生就业工作意义十分重大。文章围绕高校就业工作这发展主题,从重要性、必要性出发,就多头促就业的意义进行阐述论证,研究探讨政府、社会、高校、家庭之间相互扬长避短、形成合力的“四位一体”的工作机制,以确保高校毕业生就业工作能够顺利、高效得到实现。全文主要分为四个部分: 第一部分:高校就业工作的内涵和意义。高校就业工作的出发点是为了帮助大学生顺利就业,但其蕴涵着更深刻的价值目标,即帮助大学生选择职业,指导大学生确定人生目标、选择人生道路的过程。同时,通过及时了解社会职业变化、了解用人单位对人才素质要求的新变化,对于促进高校的教学改革、推进高等教育全面、协调、可持续发展,起着积极的作用。 第二部分:高校就业工作的现状以及存在问题原因分析。通过对绍兴高校的问卷调查分析,以及对政府、社会、高校、家庭各自现状和原因的分析,得出当前存在政府主导力不足、社会关注度不够、高校指导力度还不太强、家庭观念转变不够等现状,通过分析进一步阐明了形成“四位一体”的就业工作机制的必要性。 第三部分:高校就业工作机制已有经验和启示。通过对境外高校就业工作机制的分析,以及上海市高校毕业生就业工作促进会的案例分析,阐明了形成“四位一体”的就业工作机制的重要性,确立了“四位一体”的就业工作机制的构建思路:必须通过政府、社会、高校、家庭的全员参与,才能真正实现“四位一体”的就业工作机制的形成。 第四部分:“四位一体”高校就业工作机制的实现。通过高校学生在校学习、顶岗毕业实习、毕业后三个不同的阶段中政府、高校、社会、家庭所扮演的不同角色的分析,得出了政府、高校、社会、家庭四者缺一不可,在各个阶段各自发挥重要的作用,真正形成高校就业工作机制的“四位一体”。在学生学习期间高校发挥主导作用,政府、社会、家庭积极参与;毕业实习期间社会组织或实习单位积极发挥主导作用,高校做好管理工作,政府做好保障工作,家庭做好后勤保障工作;而高校毕业生毕业后,政府积极承担主导作用,高校做好跟踪指导,社会做好一个培养和提供机会等作用,家庭积极做好精神支持、财力支持等,在高校学生各个阶段建立持续的“四位一体”的就业工作机制。
[Abstract]:Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood, college graduates are the valuable human resources of the country, it is of great significance to do a good job in the employment of college graduates. The article starts from the importance and necessity of the development theme of employment work in colleges and universities. This paper expounds and demonstrates the significance of promoting employment in many ways, studies and probes into the working mechanism of "four in one" between government, society, colleges and universities and families, and forms a "four-in-one" working mechanism of resultant force in order to ensure that the employment work of college graduates can go smoothly. The full text is divided into four parts:. The first part: the connotation and significance of employment work in colleges and universities. The starting point of employment work in colleges and universities is to help college students obtain employment smoothly, but it contains a more profound value goal, that is, to help college students choose careers. At the same time, through the timely understanding of the social and professional changes and the new changes in the requirements of the employing units for the quality of talents, it will promote the teaching reform in colleges and universities and promote the comprehensive education of higher education. Coordination, sustainable development, play a positive role. The second part: the present situation of the employment work in universities and the reasons for the problems. Through the questionnaire survey of Shaoxing colleges and universities, as well as the analysis of the government, society, colleges and universities, families and their respective status and reasons. This paper draws a conclusion that there are insufficient government leading power, insufficient social attention, not too strong guidance in colleges and universities, and insufficient changes in family concepts. The necessity of forming the employment work mechanism of "four in one" is further clarified through the analysis. The third part: the experience and inspiration of the employment mechanism of universities. Through the analysis of the employment mechanism of overseas universities and the case study of Shanghai Association for promoting the Employment of College graduates, This paper expounds the importance of forming the employment work mechanism of "four in one", and establishes the train of thought of constructing the employment work mechanism of "four in one": it must be participated by all members of the government, society, university and family. Only then can the "four-in-one" employment work mechanism be formed. Part 4th: the realization of the "four-in-one" mechanism of employment in colleges and universities. Through the analysis of the different roles played by the government, universities, society and families in the three different stages after graduation, such as college students' study, graduation practice and post-graduation practice, It is concluded that the government, university, society and family are indispensable and play an important role in each stage, and truly form the "four-in-one" of the employment work mechanism in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities play a leading role in the period of students' study, the government, the society, Families actively participate; social organizations or practice units actively play a leading role during graduation and internship; colleges and universities do a good job of management; governments do a good job of security; families do a good job of logistical support; and after graduation, college graduates, The government actively assumes the leading role, colleges and universities do a good job in following up guidance, society does a good job in training and providing opportunities, families actively do a good job of spiritual support, financial support, and so on. In each stage of college students to establish a continuous "four-in-one" employment mechanism.
