高校思想政治理论课教学中情感因素作用研究

【摘要】:高校思想政治理论课是大学生思想政治教育的主阵地,也是提高大学生思想政治素质的主渠道。如何提高思想政治理论课教学实效性是必须重视的问题。情感因素是提高教学有效性的重要条件,它具有心灵共鸣作用、熏陶感化作用、激励促进作用,因此充分发挥情感因素在高校思想政治理论课教学中的作用,对提高思想政治理论课实效性意义重大。 笔者以山西几所高校为例,对高校思想政治理论课教学中情感因素作用发挥现状进行了调查。调查发现,情感因素在思想政治理论课中的作用没有受到重视,不论从教师本身、教学过程,以及学生方面都有所表现,以至于出现教学效果与学生期望差距较大;师生间的情感交流出现障碍等问题。究其原因,则在于部分教师缺乏坚定信仰;学生思想价值观念多元;教学评价忽略情感教学;社会环境负面影响严重等。高校思想政治理论课教学中充分发挥情感因素作用的策略应该包括:第一,要遵循坚持马克思主义方向原则、平等尊重原则、情理交融原则以及正面激励原则;第二,要提高思想政治理论课教师的情感教育素养,包括培养职业情感、坚定理想信念和提升情感能力;第三,要关注学生的情感世界,培养学生健康向上的情感,增强学生情感自育的能力;第四,要优化思想政治理论课情感教育的过程,挖掘教学内容的情感因素,采用激发学生情感的方法,拓宽学生情感体验的渠道,建立师生情感沟通的平台等;第五,要营造思想政治理论课情感教育的良好环境,加强校园文化建设,克服社会负面影响。 总之,在思想政治理论课教学过程中,应充分重视情感因素的作用,遵循相应的原则,优化教学过程,营造良好的教学氛围,提高思想政治理论课的教学效果。
[Abstract]:The course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities is the main position of ideological and political education for college students. It is also the main channel to improve the ideological and political quality of college students. How to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political theory teaching is a problem that must be paid attention to. Therefore, it is of great significance to give full play to emotional factors in the teaching of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, and to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course. Taking several colleges and universities in Shanxi as an example, the author investigates the present situation of the role of emotional factors in the teaching of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities, and finds that the role of emotional factors in the course of ideological and political theory is not taken seriously. Whether from the teachers themselves, the teaching process, as well as the students have some performance, so that there is a big gap between the teaching effect and students' expectations, the emotional communication between teachers and students, and other problems. It lies in the lack of firm belief in some teachers, the diversity of students' ideological values, the neglect of emotional teaching in teaching evaluation; The strategies for giving full play to emotional factors in the teaching of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities should include: first, to adhere to the principle of Marxist orientation, equal respect for the principle, Second, to improve the teachers' emotional education literacy, including cultivating professional emotion, strengthening their ideals and beliefs, and enhancing their emotional ability; third, paying attention to the emotional world of students. In 4th, we should optimize the process of emotional education in ideological and political theory class, excavate the emotional factors of teaching content, and adopt the method of stimulating students' emotion. In 5th, we should create a good environment for emotional education in ideological and political theory courses, strengthen the construction of campus culture, and overcome the negative influence of society. In short, in the course of ideological and political theory teaching, we should pay full attention to the role of emotional factors, follow the corresponding principles, optimize the teaching process, create a good teaching atmosphere, and improve the teaching effect of the ideological and political theory course.
