对“90后”大学生思想现状的调查分析及其教育对策研究

【摘要】:2008年秋,高校迎来第一批“90后”大学生,他们正逐渐成为校园主体,加强和改进对“90后”大学生的思想政治教育,促进大学生思想政治水平的提高和综合素质的全面提升,是构建和谐社会的必然要求。随着知识经济时代的到来和市场经济的不断发展,“90后”大学生的思想特点、价值观念带有很强的时代烙印,出现了许多新的特征。顺应教育对象和教育环境的改变,准确把握“90后”大学生的思想新特点,探索对“90后”大学生教育的有效对策,是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的紧迫任务,也是增强高校学生工作实效性的需要。本文采用问卷调查法、访谈法、文献研究法,选取成都市四所高校300名调查对象进行研究,从人生观、价值取向、政治观、道德观、恋爱观、职业观等方面对“90后”大学生的思想特征进行了调查分析。调查显示:“90后”大学生在思想上主流健康、具有坚定的社会理想、热爱祖国、具有较为积极向上的人生态度和较强的社会责任感、坚持社会主流价值取向,但调查也反映出“90后”大学生思想上存在一定的问题:抗压能力不足、个体缺乏责任心、价值取向功利色彩较重、心理调适能力不高、政治信仰出现偏差、道德观与道德行为知行不能合一。虽然存在上述问题,,但调查显示“90后”大学生在思想上主流是健康向上的。在调查分析出“90后”大学生的思想特征后,对其思想特点的形成原因也进行了探析,从国际经济文化环境和国内教育环境、家庭环境、社会环境进行分析。最后,在前文分析的基础上,有针对性地提出了加强和改进“90后”大学生思想政治教育工作的对策思考,期望能对高校思想政治教育工作有所裨益。
[Abstract]:In the autumn of 2008, colleges and universities welcomed the first group of post-90s college students. They are gradually becoming the main body of the campus, strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of the post-90s college students, and promoting the improvement of the ideological and political level of college students and the overall improvement of their comprehensive quality. With the coming of the era of knowledge economy and the continuous development of the market economy, the ideological characteristics and values of the "post-90s" college students have a strong brand of the times. Many new features have emerged. In accordance with the change of educational objects and educational environment, we can accurately grasp the new ideological characteristics of the post-90s college students, and explore the effective countermeasures to the post-90s college students' education. It is an urgent task to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students, and it is also the need to enhance the effectiveness of college students' work. Three hundred subjects from four colleges and universities in Chengdu were selected to study the outlook on life, value orientation, politics, morality, love, etc. The investigation and analysis of the ideological characteristics of the post-90s college students show that the post-90s college students have a strong social ideal and love their motherland. It has a positive attitude towards life and a strong sense of social responsibility, and adheres to the social mainstream value orientation. However, the investigation also shows that there are some problems in the thinking of the post-90s college students: the ability to resist pressure is insufficient, the individual lacks the sense of responsibility, The utility color of value orientation is heavy, the ability of psychological adjustment is not high, the political belief is deviated, morality and moral behavior can not be combined. However, the investigation shows that the ideological mainstream of the post-90s college students is healthy and upward. After the investigation and analysis of the ideological characteristics of the post-90s college students, the reasons for the formation of the ideological characteristics of the post-90s college students are also analyzed. This paper analyzes the international economic and cultural environment, the domestic educational environment, the family environment and the social environment. Finally, on the basis of the previous analysis, the author puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of the post-90s college students. It is expected to be of benefit to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
