当代大学生文化人格铸造研究

【摘要】：思想政治教育是我国进行精神文化建设的重要内容，是帮助大学生树立正确的人生观和价值观、增强大学生社会责任感、形成健全的文化人格的主要途径。文化人格即个体在接受特定文化塑造时，，通过对特定文化的内化及个体社会化后所形成的稳定的心理结构和行为方式。思想政治教育的基础就是人格教育，如何通过思想政治教育帮助大学生形成健全的文化人格关系到高校思想政治教育实效性的实现、关系到大学生自身的全面发展、同时也关系到祖国的发展和未来。高校思想政治教育工作的开展，必须切实重视大学生文化人格的教育和培养。而大学生文化人格的教育和培养是一项非常复杂与艰难的工作，关乎到整个大的文化环境的状况、关乎到思想政治教育工作的方式和方法，同时，也与大学生的思想与心理状况相关。因此，如何教育和培养大学生形成健全的文化人格，需要全面而深刻地分析我国当前的文化环境和所面临的文化形势，需要与时俱进地更新思想政治教育的方式方法，更需要准确、具体地了解大学生的思想状态。本文主要围绕当代大学生文化人格铸造这一主题，强调当代大学生文化人格铸造的重要性，明确当代社会对大学生文化人格发展的要求，阐述当代大学生文化人格发展的现状，并分析了文化环境、思想政治教育方式以及当代大学生自身的文化判断与文化选择能力对大学生文化人格发展的影响。进而提出铸造当代大学生文化人格的目标以及要遵循的原则，从客观的文化环境建设、思想政治教育方式的转型、当代大学生主体的文化自觉三个方面寻求铸造当代大学生文化人格的途径。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education is an important part of our spiritual and cultural construction, is to help students establish a correct outlook on life and values, enhance the students' sense of social responsibility, the main ways for the formation of cultural personality. Personality is the individual culture in an specific culture, formed by the internalization of specific culture and individual socialization after the stable psychological structure and behavior. The foundation of Ideological and political education is the personality education, through the ideological and political education to help students form a healthy cultural personality in relation to the ideological and political education to realize education effectiveness, related to the comprehensive development of college students, but also related to the development of the motherland and the future.
The ideological and political education work, attention should be paid to the education and cultivation of College Students' cultural personality and cultural personality of college students. This paper mainly focuses on Contemporary College Students' cultural personality casting this theme, emphasizing the importance of contemporary college students' cultural personality of casting, clear of student culture in contemporary society Personality development, explains the current situation of contemporary college students' cultural personality development, and analyzes the influence of cultural environment, cultural judgment and cultural choice of Ideological and political education and the ability of contemporary college students on College Students' cultural personality development. Then put forward the casting of contemporary college students' cultural personality goal and principles, from the cultural environment construction objective and the transformation of the mode of Ideological and political education. The three aspects of contemporary college students' subject consciousness of culture to seek ways of casting of contemporary college students' cultural personality.
