大学生道德自律问题研究

【摘要】:大学的教育目标不仅仅在于为社会培养和输送具有一定专业知识和技能的人才,更重要的是应该塑造具有高尚思想道德品质的公民。自律是道德教育的最高要求,培养大学生的道德自律精神既是我国高校思想道德教育的重要任务,又是当代社会道德建设的必然诉求。只有提高大学生的道德自律精神,使大学生真正做到自己为自己立法,把外在的道德规范内化为自己内在的道德要求,道德才能真正发挥其作用,,促进社会主义精神文明建设。 道德自律就是道德主体借助于对社会规律和自然的认识,在自愿认同社会道德规范的基础上,把外在的道德要求变为个人内在良知的自主行动,依靠自己的内心信念和良心,自觉地、主动地约束自己的行为,使其符合社会道德规范的要求。道德的自律主要强调三个方面:对道德规范的认同、自己为自己立法、道德主体的善良意志对爱好和欲望的把握。本文结合我国传统文化中道德自律的分析,概括出大学生道德自律在日常行为中的表现:(1)依据有无他人监督环境下道德主体行为选择的一致性判断(2)依据出现道德过失后道德主体的反应判断(3)依据道德主体对他人行为的看法和评价判断(4)依据道德主体对个人与他人之间关系的自觉程度判断(5)依据道德主体的行为动机进行判断。通过调查问卷分析大学生道德自律的现状,并从家庭、学校、社会及大学生自身四个方面进行原因分析。 最后,本文提出了提高大学生道德自律的对策与建议:1.学校教育应充分发挥其在大学生道德自律教育中的主导作用;2.家长应树立积极的道德榜样,重视大学生道德素质的提高;3.社会应弘扬道德教育的主旋律,营造良好的德育环境。
[Abstract]:The goal of university education is not only to train and transport talents with certain professional knowledge and skills, but also to shape citizens with noble ideological and moral qualities. Self-discipline is the highest requirement of moral education. Cultivating the moral self-discipline spirit of college students is not only an important task of ideological and moral education in colleges and universities in our country, but also an inevitable demand of moral construction in contemporary society. Only by internalizing external moral norms into internal moral requirements can morality really play its role and promote the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Moral self-discipline is that the moral subject relies on the understanding of the social law and nature, on the basis of voluntary identification of the social moral norms, turns the external moral requirements into the independent action of the individual's inner conscience, and relies on his own inner conviction and conscience. The self-discipline of morality mainly emphasizes three aspects: the identification of moral code, the legislation of oneself, This article combines the analysis of moral self-discipline in the traditional culture of our country. This paper generalizes the expression of moral self-discipline in the daily behavior of college students: 1) based on the consistency judgment of behavior choice of moral subject under the environment of supervision by others. 2) on the basis of moral subject's reaction judgment after moral fault. 3) on moral master. (4) judging the relationship between individual and others according to the self-consciousness of the moral subject. (5) judging the behavior motivation of the moral subject. The present situation of college students' moral self-discipline is analyzed by questionnaire. And from the family, school, society and college students themselves four aspects of analysis. Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the moral self-discipline of college students. 1. The school education should give full play to its leading role in the moral self-discipline education of college students 2.The parents should set a positive moral example. The society should carry forward the main melody of moral education and create a good moral education environment.
