【摘要】：创业一直是近几年的热点话题,各种的创业大赛层出不穷,走上创业道路的人也越来越多,这些敢于冒险、勇于创新的创业者将对国家和社会的未来产生积极而深远的影响。根据相关数据显示,国内外中小企业在吸收就业、科技创新以及国民经济发展中都有着举足轻重的作用,在某种意义上说,一个国家和地区的中小企业的活力就直接决定了国家和地区的前途。由于创业过程本身的复杂性和创业外部环境不确定性,国内外创业成功率都偏低,创业企业要想提高创业成功率在日益激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出,做好创业战略规划是很有必要的。合理的创业战略规划会帮助创业者在复杂的创业环境中理清思路,在一定程度上会减少创业失败的风险,也会大大提升创业企业以后所成长的空间。鉴于创业战略重要性,本文在创业战略与相关理论知识和其他学者的研究的基础上对作者亲身经历JT校园生活社交网站创业过程的进行了分析和总结。仔细分析了JT校园生活社交网站的外部环境包括经济、政治、社会、技术因素、Five Forces Model五力模型和所处的行业情况以及JT校园生活社交网站的内部环境包括拥有的资源、能力、网站定位。然后,本文采用SWOT分析方法对JT校园生活社交网站所面临的机遇与挑战进行了深入讨论并制定了JT校园生活社交网站的创业战略和相关的职能战略。最后,为保障JT校园生活社交网站创业战略顺利实施,从公司治理、企业文化、技术创新体系、组织结构、风险控制角度出发讨论了相关措施。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurship has always been a hot topic in recent years. There have been endless competitions for entrepreneurship, and more and more people have embarked on the path of entrepreneurship. These people dare to take risks. Entrepreneurs who have the courage to innovate will have a positive and far-reaching impact on the future of the country and society. According to relevant data, small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad play an important role in absorbing employment, scientific and technological innovation and the development of the national economy. In a sense, the vitality of small and medium-sized enterprises in a country and region directly determines the future of the country and region. Due to the complexity of the entrepreneurial process and the uncertainty of the external environment, the success rate of entrepreneurship at home and abroad is low. If the entrepreneurial enterprise wants to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship, it will stand out in the increasingly fierce market competition. It is necessary to make a good strategic plan for starting a business. Reasonable strategic planning will help entrepreneurs to clear their minds in a complex entrepreneurial environment and to a certain extent reduce the risk of failure. It will also greatly enhance the space for entrepreneurial growth in the future. Given the strategic importance of entrepreneurship, On the basis of entrepreneurial strategy, relevant theoretical knowledge and other scholars' research, this paper analyzes and summarizes the author's personal experience in the entrepreneurial process of JT campus life social networking site, and analyzes the JT campus life social networking website carefully. The external environment includes the economy, The political, social, and technical factors are five Forces Model models and industry conditions, as well as the internal environment of JT campus life social networking sites, including the resources, capabilities, site positioning. In this paper, the opportunities and challenges of JT campus life social network are discussed with the method of SWOT analysis, and the entrepreneurial strategy and related function strategy of JT campus life social network are worked out. In order to ensure the successful implementation of JT campus social networking site, this paper discusses the relevant measures from the perspectives of corporate governance, corporate culture, technological innovation system, organizational structure and risk control.
