法治视域下的高校爱国主义教育——基于《思想品德修养与法律基

【摘要】：爱国主义是一个历史的范畴,新时期,我国正大力建设法治社会,走向法治国家。在法治视域下审视爱国主义教育,法治精神与爱国主义的价值理念是一致的,依法爱国、理性爱国当成为爱国主义教育的重要维度。这就要求大学明晰并把握对当代大学生进行依法爱国教育的关键点,将法治精神与爱国主义教育有机结合,提升爱国主义教育价值、加速爱国主义教育成果惠益享有,促使其树立理性的、长久的爱国主义情感。
[Abstract]:Patriotism is a historical category. In the new period, our country is vigorously building a society ruled by law and moving towards a country ruled by law. Examine patriotism education from the perspective of rule of law, the spirit of the rule of law and the value concept of patriotism are consistent, patriotic according to law, Rational patriotism is regarded as an important dimension of patriotism education, which requires universities to make clear and grasp the key points of patriotism education for contemporary college students, to combine the spirit of rule of law with patriotism education, and to promote the value of patriotism education. To accelerate the enjoyment of the benefits of patriotism education and promote its rational and lasting patriotic feelings.
