高校社会资本在大学生就业中的运用研究

【摘要】：近年来，随着高校的持续扩招，高校毕业生人数逐年增加，大学毕业生就业形势严峻。针对大学毕业生就业难这一社会问题，学术界从不同角度对其原因进行了剖析。现有研究从经济发展、人才市场供求关系、人力资本以及毕业生个人社会资本角度出发居多。研究在社会资本的理论基础上，从高校社会资本的视角出发，主要探讨高校社会资本对于大学毕业生就业的影响、作用以及高校社会资本累积及运用的现状，以期能针对当前大学生就业难的问题提出有价值的对策和建议。研究将国内外对社会资本的理论研究及其与就业的关系进行整理归纳，探讨大学毕业生就业在三个维度上对高校社会资本的运用，包括机会维度：获取就业机会；质量维度：提高就业质量；成本维度：降低供需双方的交易成本。然后，运用访谈法对大学毕业生、高校就业指导工作人员及用人单位招聘人员三类群体进行了深入的访谈交流，分析目前高校社会资本在大学生就业中的累积及运用现状，发现如下问题：对高校社会资本理解片面；大学生可利用的高校社会资本结构不合理；高校社会资本过度依赖政府，缺乏横向拓展；高校社会资本内部凝聚不够。最后，结合上述结论提出将高校社会资本应用于大学生就业的对策建议：首先，，提高认识，树立正确的社会资本观念；其次，优化结构，稳固高校社会资本；再次，扩展横向联系，拓宽外部社会资本；同时加强内部管理沟通，凝聚内部社会资本；最后，加强就业指导服务，引导大学生正确使用高校社会资本。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous expansion of college enrollment, the number of college graduates has increased year by year, and the employment situation of college graduates is grim. The academic circles have analyzed the reasons from different angles. The current research is based on the economic development, the relationship between the supply and demand of the talent market, the human capital and the individual social capital of the graduates. The research is based on the theory of social capital. From the perspective of college social capital, this paper mainly discusses the influence and function of college social capital on the employment of college graduates, as well as the present situation of accumulation and application of university social capital. The purpose of this paper is to put forward valuable countermeasures and suggestions in view of the difficult employment of college students. The study summarizes the theoretical research on social capital at home and abroad and the relationship between social capital and employment, and probes into the use of university social capital in the employment of college graduates in three dimensions, including the opportunity dimension: obtaining employment opportunities; Quality dimension: improve the quality of employment; cost dimension: reduce the transaction costs between supply and demand. Three groups of college employment guidance staff and employer recruiters have conducted in-depth interviews and exchanges to analyze the current situation of accumulation and application of college social capital in college students' employment. The following problems are found: one-sided understanding of university social capital; irrational structure of university social capital available to college students; excessive dependence of university social capital on the government, lack of horizontal expansion; insufficient internal cohesion of university social capital. Based on the above conclusions, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to apply college social capital to college students' employment: first, to improve the understanding and establish the correct concept of social capital; secondly, to optimize the structure and stabilize the social capital of colleges and universities; thirdly, to expand the horizontal connection. At the same time, we should strengthen the internal management communication and agglomerate the internal social capital. Finally, we should strengthen the employment guidance service to guide the college students to use the college social capital correctly.
