转型期幼师专业班主任面临的挑战及其对策

【摘要】:在中华民族走向现代文明的历史进程中,教育总是以先行者、奠基石的角色存在。伴随着《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010~2020年)》的出台,学前教育得到了政府和社会公众的空前关注。幼师专业作为学前教育中最重要的一环,对其学生教育管理的研究和梳理就显得更为紧要和迫切。针对当下幼师学生的特点,考虑一条如何提高学生综合素质的路子破在眉睫。面对社会转型期对幼儿教师职业的转型和学前教育的转型,如何顺应时代发展的要求,正确面对当前学生教育和管理的困境,,做到与时俱进,不断创新班主任工作,成为每个班主任工作者必须思考的首要问题。 由于当前德育环境严峻、学生理想信念缺失、心理健康问题普遍、职业倦怠问题突出等因素的存在,幼师班主任在专业素养、管理经验、队伍稳定性及管理制度等方面存在很多不足,本文在分析转型期幼师专业班主任队伍现状和面对挑战的基础上,从如何营造学生的德育环境、加强学生的理想信念教育、培养学生的良好心理素质、引导学生合理利用网络、开展青春期教育、更新班主任管理理念及班主任工作评价机制等方面对幼师专业班主任的工作对策进行了探讨,并以幼师专业班主任工作为切入点,通过对潍坊设置幼师专业的四所中职中师学校的走访调查和总结笔者自身担任幼师专业班主任多年的工作经验,分析总结出具有现实可行性的幼师班主任工作对策。
[Abstract]:In the historical process of the Chinese nation moving towards modern civilization, education always exists as a forerunner and a foundation stone. Along with the introduction of the National Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Planning Program (2010 ~ 2020), Preschool education has received unprecedented attention from the government and the public. As the most important part of preschool education, the research on the management of preschool education is more urgent and urgent. Considering how to improve the students' comprehensive quality, how to meet the needs of the development of the times, and how to correctly face the plight of students' education and management in the face of the transformation of preschool education and preschool education in the social transition period, Keeping pace with the times and constantly innovating the work of the head teacher has become the first question that every teacher must think about. Due to the severe environment of moral education, the absence of students' ideals and beliefs, the prevalence of mental health problems, and the outstanding problems of job burnout, the kindergarten teachers in charge of class are in the professional accomplishment, management experience, and so on. There are many deficiencies in the stability of the team and the management system. Based on the analysis of the present situation and the challenges of the professional class teachers in the transition period, this paper discusses how to create the moral education environment for the students and strengthen the ideal and belief education of the students. In order to cultivate students' good psychological quality, guide students to make rational use of the network, carry out puberty education, renew the management concept of class teachers and the evaluation mechanism of class teachers' work, this paper probes into the working countermeasures of professional class teachers in kindergarten teachers' colleges. Taking the professional teacher in charge of kindergarten teachers as the starting point, through the investigation and investigation of the four secondary vocational schools in Weifang, the author summarizes the author's working experience as a professional head teacher of kindergarten teachers for many years. This paper analyzes and summarizes the practical and feasible countermeasures for the kindergarten teacher in charge of class work.
