【摘要】：当前,党中央国务院十分重视大学生的思想政治教育工作,专门下发了《关于加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的意见》,对做好新时期大学生思想政治教育工作做出了全面的安排和部署。新世纪的高校该如何面对新的形势,采取切实有效的措施,加强和改进大学生的思想政治教育工作,即显得尤为必要和迫切。高校的思想政治教育工作者是高校思想政治教育的先锋队，是工作在高校学生工作第一线的学生管理者，肩负着促进大学生德、智、体全面发展的重要任务,是保证高等教育事业持续健康发展不可或缺的一支重要力量。因此，其自身思想素质的高低直接影响着学生的健康成长。做好高校思想政治教育工作,思想政治教育工作队伍是根本保证，，高校广大的思想政治教育工作者无疑是主导力量。因此,高度重视思想政治教育工作队伍建设,全面提升他们的能力和综合素质，充分调动他们工作热情和从业积极性，是构建和谐校园的需要,也是解决高校思想政治教育工作队伍建设现实问题的需要。对提高人才培养质量，促进高等教育健康发展具有重要意义。近年来,由于高校的大规模扩招,从事思想政治教育工作的多数是大学刚毕业就踏上这个岗位。由于缺乏社会阅历、社会经验,很多社会问题和生活中的实际问题,只能是凭感觉和经验开展工作,只能简单地以制度和纪律来管理学生。同时学校和社会在思想政治教育良性发展的保障方面也没有做足功课，再加上许多工作者都是短期兼职,没有更多的时间和精力致力于思想政治教育工作研究。另外，当前社会各界对高校思想政治教育工作者的职业心态、身心状况、发展前景的关注和重视不够，职业倦怠成了制约高校德育工作和人才培养质量的瓶颈。因此高校思想政治教育工作者职业倦怠的研究对促进当前高校思想政治教育事业的发展具有现实意义。

Job burnout has become a bottleneck restricting the quality of moral education and talent training in colleges and universities, so the study of job burnout of ideological and political educators in colleges and universities is of practical significance to promote the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
