大学生思想政治教育背景下的心理和谐研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济社会发展的不断加强,社会、人才劳动力市场、就业岗位从数量上对大学生的需求日益趋紧,质量上则对大学生提出了更高的要求,大学生心理上承载来自社会、学校、家庭、学习、工作等方面的压力,造成了畏难、抑郁、苦闷、孤独等心理问题,严重影响着大学生科学的世界观、人生观价值观的形成和全面发展。切实加强和改进大学生心理和谐教育重大而紧迫。高等学校要把心理和谐教育和思想政治教育有机融合起来,不断丰富教育内容,创新教育教学方式方法,着力培育和提高大学生良好心理品质,使之成为信念执著、品德优良、知识丰富、本领过硬的高素质专门人才和拔尖创新人才,成为社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人。我国高校思想政治工作的主要任务是培养大学生高尚的道德品质和正确的理想信念,而大学生的心理和谐状况,将对高校思想政治工作开展的效果产生重大影响.心理和谐教育的主要任务是解决大学生成长过程中所遇到的阻碍,大学生健康成才的问题,培养大学生和谐的心理机制和良好的情绪、意志,使学生更好地了解和认识自己,提高自我的价值认同感、成就认同感。有了意志品质的和谐,才能把握正确的政治方向,树立正确的世界观、人生观、道德观。大学生是国家宝贵的人才资源,是祖国的未来、民族的希望,他们的心理和谐状况如何,不仅关系到自身健康成长和全面发展,而且对构建和谐社会有着极为深远的影响。通过研究发现,本论文的具体结论有以下几个和相应的对策建议。 (1).当代大学生的畏难、抑郁、焦虑和孤独心理等问题日渐突出,这些问题使得大学生的心理和谐度逐渐下降,严重的影响了大学生的日常学习生活,并对大学生未来的就业也造成了很多的不利因素。 (2).造成大学生心理问题严重的原因是多方面的,与大学生所处的社会、家庭和大学生自身等多个方面的因素分不开。 (3).要想彻底的解决大学生的心理问题,促进其心理和谐发展,首先,应该为大学生创造一个和谐的社会环境,通过各种途径来为大学生建立稳定的学习环境和和谐的人际关系；第二,完善大学生的就业意识,给大学生树立正确的择业观和职业发展规划意识；第三,通过各种途径提高大学生悦纳自己的潜在意识、自我意识,让大学生能够正确的面对现实,真正的提高大学生的自我抗压能力；第四,建立和谐的师生关系,恰当的处理教师和学生之间的关系,使得学生能够将老师作为自己的知己。 (4).在处理大学生的心理问题时,应该遵循相应的原则,首先,大学生应该学会自我调整和相互接纳；第二,同学之间应该相互友爱、相互尊重；第三,处理问题应该有自己的立场,不应该盲目的随从。

The main task of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in China is to cultivate students' noble moral quality and correct ideals and beliefs, and the psychological harmony of college students. The main task of the psychological harmony education is to solve the problems of the university students' growing up and the healthy development of college students, which will have a great influence on the effect of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities. In order to cultivate harmonious psychological mechanism and good emotion and will of college students, students can better understand and understand themselves, improve their sense of value and identity, and achieve identity. Only with the harmony of the quality of will, can they grasp the correct political direction. Setting up a correct world outlook, outlook on life, morality. Problems such as dread, depression, anxiety and loneliness of contemporary college students have become increasingly prominent. These problems have led to a gradual decline in the degree of psychological harmony among college students, which has seriously affected their daily study life. And the future employment of college students also caused a lot of unfavorable factors. There are many reasons for the serious psychological problems of college students, which can not be separated from the social, family and college students themselves. In order to solve the psychological problems of college students thoroughly and promote their psychological harmonious development, first of all, we should create a harmonious social environment for college students, and establish a stable learning environment and harmonious interpersonal relationship for college students through various ways; Second, improve college students' sense of employment, set up a correct sense of career selection and career development planning for college students; third, improve college students' sense of potential and self-awareness through various ways. So that students can correctly face the reality, truly improve the ability of students to resist pressure; 4th, establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, properly handle the relationship between teachers and students, so that students can take the teacher as their own confidant. In dealing with the psychological problems of college students, we should follow the corresponding principles. First, college students should learn to adjust themselves and accept each other; second, students should be friendly and respectful to each other; third, We should have our own position in dealing with problems and not blindly follow them.
