多学科专业研究生协同创新机制的探索与实践

【摘要】：多学科、边缘学科和跨专业的研究已经成为世界科技突飞猛进的关键。如何培养肩负现代社会经济文化发展历史使命的创新型研究生,特别是如何加强多学科专业研究生协同创新能力的建设,已经成为现代研究生教育的重大任务和面临的新挑战。探讨如何加强多学科专业研究生协同创新机制建设,可以从对多学科专业研究生协同创新的组织形式以及激励形式、资源配置形式、导师指导形式、评价形式等方面,提出相应的措施和建议,保证研究生培养的水平和质量取得显著的成效。
[Abstract]:Multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary research has become the key to the rapid development of science and technology in the world. How to cultivate innovative graduate students who shoulder the historical mission of modern social, economic and cultural development, In particular, how to strengthen the construction of collaborative innovation ability of multidisciplinary graduate students has become a major task and a new challenge of modern graduate education. This paper discusses how to strengthen the construction of collaborative innovation mechanism of multidisciplinary graduate students. We can put forward the corresponding measures and suggestions from the organizational form, incentive form, resource allocation form, mentor guidance form, evaluation form and so on. To ensure the level and quality of graduate training to achieve significant results.
