论大学教学管理的伦理诉求

【摘要】：教学管理本质是促进教育规范和精神提升。与基础教育相比,大学教学管理蕴含着更丰富的伦理精神,具有复杂的实践场域。对于高校的教学管理,要认真分析其存在的问题及其伦理反思,坚持大学教学管理伦理诉求的核心原则,积极探究大学教学管理伦理诉求不足及其产生的根源,并对大学教学管理伦理诉求的实现机制和路径进行详细考察,以期形成高校教学管理的应然诉求体系,提供出诉求实现的路径选择,以期更好地进行高校的教学管理。
[Abstract]:The essence of teaching management is to promote the standard and spirit of education. Compared with the basic education, the teaching management of the university contains a richer ethical spirit and a complex field of practice. It is necessary to seriously analyze the existing problems and their ethical reflections, adhere to the core principles of the ethical demands of university teaching management, and actively explore the insufficiency of the ethical demands of university teaching management and the root causes of their emergence. This paper also makes a detailed investigation on the realization mechanism and path of the ethical demands of college teaching management, in order to form the system of the supposed demands of teaching management in colleges and universities, and to provide the path choice for the realization of the demands, in order to better carry out the teaching management in colleges and universities.
