硕士研究生职业决策自我效能、社会支持和职业决策困难的关系研究

【摘要】：目前我国就业形势比较严峻,而硕士研究生普遍对未来的职业感到茫然,尤其在职业决策领域,研究生普遍缺乏对自我和职场的认识,很难做出决定。基于此,本研究试图从职业决策自我效能和社会支持的视角为研究生的就业辅导工作提供一些帮助和指导。本研究以武汉地区5所高校共计921名不同年级研究生为研究对象,运用职业决策自我效能量表、社会支持评定量表、职业决策困难量表对这些学生进行了测查,运用t检验和方差分析分析了研究生职业决策自我效能的特点,运用相关分析和回归分析探讨了硕士研究生职业决策自我效能、社会支持和职业决策困难的关系。研究结论如下： (1)硕士研究生的职业决策自我效能在性别、年级、是否毕业生、婚姻状况、是否独生子女、有无兼职工作经历以及有无明确工作意向上差异显著。 (2)相关分析结果显示,硕士研究生的职业决策自我效能与社会支持呈显著正相关；总体上,硕士研究生的职业决策自我效能与职业决策困难呈显著负相关,仅问题解决与决策动机不足呈显著正相关；硕士研究生的社会支持与职业决策困难呈显著负相关。 (3)回归分析结果显示,硕士研究生社会支持总分对职业决策自我效能总分具有显著的正向预测作用；职业决策自我效能总分对职业决策困难总分有显著负向预测作用；社会支持总分对职业决策困难总分具有显著的负向预测作用。 (4)中介效应检验结果显示,硕士研究生职业决策自我效能在社会支持和职业决策困难之间起部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:At present, the employment situation in our country is quite severe, and the graduate students generally feel at a loss about the future career, especially in the field of career decision-making, the postgraduates generally lack the understanding of themselves and the workplace, so it is very difficult to make a decision. This study attempts to provide some help and guidance for graduate employment guidance from the perspective of career decision-making self-efficacy and social support. In this study, 921 postgraduates of different grades in five universities in Wuhan were investigated by using the career decision Self-efficacy scale, the Social support rating scale and the career Decision-making difficulty scale. T test and variance analysis were used to analyze the characteristics of postgraduates' career decision-making self-efficacy, and the correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to explore the relationship among postgraduates' career decision-making self-efficacy, social support and career decision-making difficulties. The conclusions of the study are as follows:. (1) there were significant differences in self-efficacy in career decision-making among postgraduates in gender, grade, graduate, marital status, only child, part-time work experience and clear work intention. The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy of career decision-making and social support, and overall, there was a significant negative correlation between self-efficacy of career decision-making and difficulties of career decision-making. Only problem solving is positively correlated with insufficient decision motivation, and social support of graduate students is negatively related to career decision making difficulties. The results of regression analysis showed that the total score of social support had a significant positive predictive effect on the total score of self-efficacy in career decision-making, and the total score of self-efficacy in career decision-making had a significant negative predictive effect on the total score of career decision-making difficulties. The total score of social support has a significant negative predictive effect on the total score of career decision-making difficulties. 4) the results of intermediary effect test show that the self-efficacy of postgraduates' career decision-making plays a part of intermediary role between social support and career decision making difficulties.
