中国院校研究氛围之调查研究

【摘要】：院校研究在提高现代化高等教育管理绩效中发挥的作用越来越大,但其在中国高校的推广还存在相当多的挑战。本文利用调查问卷研究方法,探讨了中国院校研究的发展氛围。研究发现,领导层面对院校研究已有了较高的认识和重视,绝大多数大学也成立了专门从事院校研究的机构。但大学的职能部门对院校研究的需求和支持程度还不够,社会公众对院校研究的认知程度还很低。最大的挑战恐怕是中国高校还普遍缺乏开展院校研究不可缺少的大学层面的数据系统。研究建议,大学领导在进一步提高院校研究支持力度的同时,加快构建大学层面的数据系统,为院校研究创造更好的条件,使其在中国高等教育决策中发挥更大的作用。
[Abstract]:College research plays a more and more important role in improving the management performance of modern higher education, but there are still many challenges in its popularization in Chinese universities. This paper probes into the development atmosphere of Chinese college research. The research finds that the leadership has been highly aware of and attached importance to the research of colleges and universities. Most universities have also set up institutions specializing in academic research. However, the functional departments of universities do not have enough demand for and support for the research of colleges and universities. The public's awareness of college research is still low. The biggest challenge is the general lack of university-level data systems that are indispensable for college research. In order to create better conditions for university research, university leaders should accelerate the construction of university level data system while further enhancing the strength of university research support, and make it play a greater role in China's higher education decision-making.
