大学生诚信考试研究

【摘要】:诚信是思想政治教育的重要内容,是大学生品德培养的基点。《公民道德建设实施纲要》提出了“明礼诚信”基本道德规范。中共中央十七届六中全会指出“树立和践行社会主义荣辱观,要把诚信建设摆在突出位置”。诚信考试是高校学风的风向标和晴雨表,然而,当前部分大学生和高校部分管理者的诚信考试意识不强,部分高校在其诚信考试管理方面比较薄弱,对校内课程考试中大学生诚信考试管理的措施不到位,加剧了大学生在国家大型考试中的诚信考试危机。2011年和2012年大学生参加研究生入学考试所发生的作弊和泄题事件,对社会危害和影响巨大,更凸显了高校加强大学生诚信考试和诚信考试管理的重要性和必要性。 本研究从第一章开始探寻了诚信的传统理论渊源和现实依据,阐述了大学生考试与诚信的关系,提出了诚信考试的概念和诚信考试管理的概念,明确了诚信考试的主体既包涵大学,也包括教师和教学管理人员,诚信考试管理则包涵思想政治教育和确保大学生诚信考试的考试管理教育,阐明了大学生诚信考试与诚信考试管理的关系。第二章主要对湖南省衡阳和湘潭地区三所本科院校和一所高职专科院校的大学生、老师以及教学管理人员进行了大学生诚信考试相关问题的调查,并对大学生诚信考试失信的社会、家庭、学校和个体原因进行了分析。第三章对大学诚信考试管理的特点和作用进行论述,指出了大学诚信考试管理的三个特点和五个作用,即三个特点:目的性、系统性和可操作性;五个作用:优化考试环境、促进考试制度建设、培养大学生诚信品德、提高考试管理者的素质、促进社会诚信道德建设。第四章提出加强和完善大学生诚信考试的对策,,从大学生诚考试教育的内容和形式上提出创新的办法,对大学生诚信考试管理提出了构建良好的大学生诚信考试监管环境、构建良好的大学生诚信考试家庭联管环境、考试立法和严格执行大学生诚信考试法规、多部门联动和防控说情与失信逃避以及建立大学诚信考试管理反馈机制等具体措施和制度。希望本研究能够对大学生诚信考试起到一定的促进作用。
[Abstract]:Honesty is an important part of ideological and political education. It is the basic point of the cultivation of college students' moral character. The outline of the Construction of Citizen's morality puts forward the basic moral standard of "clear Rites and honesty". The sixth Plenary session of the 17 Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee pointed out that "to establish and practice the socialist concept of honor and disgrace," The honesty examination is the wind vane and barometer of the style of study in colleges and universities. However, some college students and some administrators have a weak sense of honesty and credit examination. Some colleges and universities are relatively weak in the management of their honesty examination, and the measures to manage the integrity examination of college students in the course examination are not in place. In 2011 and 2012, the cheating and releasing incidents of college students taking part in the postgraduate entrance examination caused great harm and influence to the society. It also highlights the importance and necessity of strengthening college students' honesty examination and credit examination management. In the first chapter, the author explores the traditional theoretical origin and practical basis of honesty and credit, expounds the relationship between college students' examination and honesty, and puts forward the concept of honesty examination and the concept of credit examination management. It is clear that the main body of honesty examination includes not only university, but also teachers and teaching administrators. The management of honesty examination includes ideological and political education and examination management education to ensure college students' honesty examination. The second chapter mainly focuses on the college students in Hengyang and Xiangtan areas, Hunan Province, three undergraduate colleges and a higher vocational college. Teachers and teaching administrators conducted a survey on the problems related to the integrity test of college students, and investigated the society and family where college students' credit tests were broken. The third chapter discusses the characteristics and functions of the university credit examination management, and points out three characteristics and five functions of the university credit examination management, that is, the purpose, the system and the maneuverability; Five roles: to optimize the examination environment, to promote the construction of examination system, to cultivate the integrity and moral character of college students, to improve the quality of examination administrators, and to promote the construction of social honesty and morality. Chapter 4th puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen and perfect the honesty examination of college students. From the content and form of college students' honest examination education, this paper puts forward some innovative methods, and puts forward a good supervision environment for college students' honesty examination management, and a good family management environment for college students' honesty examination. Legislation on examination and strict enforcement of the laws and regulations governing the integrity of college students, It is hoped that this study can promote the integrity examination of college students by taking measures and systems of multi-department linkage, prevention and control, and evasion of information and dishonesty, and establishing feedback mechanism of college credit examination management, and so on, in the hope that this study can promote the integrity examination of college students to a certain extent.
