城市大学的国内发展环境——以副省级城市综合大学为例

【摘要】：城市大学所在城市均位于国家各类发展战略的核心地带,区位优势彰显。当前,城市大学的发展既面临着政策制度的强大动力、前期发展的良好基础、人力资源的新型需求、政府支持的空前力度、优质教育的强烈期盼等有利因素,也受到外部制度环境、地方高等教育格局深刻变化、高校生源大幅减少、就业形势以及高校内部不利因素等现实制约。
[Abstract]:The cities in which the city universities are located are located in the heart of various national development strategies, and their geographical advantages are evident. At present, the development of the city universities is faced with the powerful driving force of the policy system, the good foundation of the early development, and the new demand of human resources. The unprecedented strength of government support, the strong expectation of quality education and other favorable factors are also restricted by the external institutional environment, the profound changes in the pattern of local higher education, the substantial decrease in the number of students in colleges and universities, the employment situation and the unfavorable factors within colleges and universities.
