基于SNA的高校突发事件网络舆情演进机理研究

【摘要】：近年来，我国高校各类突发事件频发，对高校正常教学工作秩序和社会稳定造成了干扰和影响。在高校突发事件的发生、发展和变异过程中，，高校师生及其他网络节点主动或随机地通过新闻跟贴、论坛发贴、微博转发等方式进行信息收集、分析和交流后，形成了基于事件或变异的网络舆情，高校突发事件诱发的各种舆情反应纷繁复杂，并且具有复杂性和特殊性，因此目前学术界对于校园突发事件网络舆情演进机理的研究相对较少，对于校园突发事件网络舆情诱发的状况以及造成的危害缺乏足够的认识，也缺乏合理的处理措施。本文综合运用公共管理理论、教育管理理论、社会网络分析方法和仿真工具，研究高校突发事件网络舆情演进机理，探析高校突发事件网络舆情传播扩散演进的路径、态势和规律。在理论层面，构建了高校网络舆情演进阶段的逻辑架构，对高校突发事件网络舆情演进机理进行分析；在实证层面，以典型高校突发事件“李刚事件”为研究对象，运用社会网络分析法对突发事件网络舆情的传播扩散进行网络结构特征和节点影响力分析，并基于研究结果提出引导与管理策略，以期为高校突发事件网络舆情的有效管理提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the frequent occurrence of all kinds of emergencies in colleges and universities in our country has caused interference and influence to the normal teaching work order and social stability of colleges and universities. In the process of occurrence, development and variation of emergencies in colleges and universities, College teachers and students and other network nodes take the initiative or randomly to collect, analyze and exchange information through news posts, forum posts, Weibo retweets, etc., resulting in the formation of network public opinion based on events or variations. Because of the complexity and particularity of all kinds of public opinion reaction induced by unexpected events in colleges and universities, there is relatively little research on the evolution mechanism of network public opinion of campus emergencies in academic circles at present. For campus emergency network public opinion induced by the situation and the harm caused by a lack of sufficient understanding, and lack of reasonable treatment measures. Based on the theories of public management, education management, social network analysis and simulation, this paper studies the evolution mechanism of university emergency network public opinion, and probes into the path of spreading and evolvement of university emergency network public opinion. At the theoretical level, it constructs the logical structure of the evolution stage of university network public opinion, and analyzes the evolution mechanism of university emergency network public opinion. Taking "Li Gang incident" as the research object, using the social network analysis method to analyze the network structure characteristic and the node influence of the network public opinion of the unexpected event. Based on the research results, this paper puts forward the guidance and management strategy, which can be used for reference for the effective management of network public opinion of unexpected events in colleges and universities.
