基于供应链管理的高校教材采购系统研究

【摘要】：随着经济国际化进程的加快和科学技术的迅猛发展,市场的复杂性和不确定性因素不断增加,如何高效快速地整合外部资源,提升企业的核心竞争力,已经成为企业生存和发展的重要问题。供应链作为一种新的管理模式和理念得到越来越多的关注,采购处于供应链的源头地位,其运营能力及绩效直接影响着供应链的服务水平和质量,供应链环境下采购管理是其非常关键的环节。高校教材管理是高等院校教学管理的的重要组成部分,高校教材质量的优劣将直接影响到教学质量,因此一个学校教材建设与管理水平是衡量其师资、教学、科研水平的重要标志之一,直接关系到培养人才的质量,关系到学校的声誉。高校教材采购是高校教学管理的一项重要的基础性业务工作,现代供应链管理下的教材采购管理是高校教材管理工作的必然趋势。基于上述背景,本文首先对供应链、供应链管理、采购管理的概念知识作了概述,并介绍了供应链的基本特征,供应链管理的目标、原则和主要内容,采购管理的原则、意义及内容,供应链管理下的采购的特征、作用及面临的挑战。在本文的第三章,根据高校采购的目标、遵循的总体原则和一般原则,在现代采购管理视角下,对高校教材采购的特征进行了探讨,研究了高校教材采购过程存在的问题及其原因分析。第四章,对教材征订、教材发货、教材收货、教材退货、教材结算等几个环节进行了分析,总结了供应链管理下的教材需求量的策略、教材批量订货的策略、教材供应商的确定策略、采购人员资源的确定策略,在此基础上提出了了高校教材采购系统设计方案,该系统包括采购信息管理系统、采购组织和管理系统、供应商管理系统三个子系统构成。第五章,通过南京SJ学院作为案例对教材采购系统进行了研究和分析。第六章,对本文的研究主要内容和创新点进行了总结,并对后续研究作出了建议。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of economic internationalization and the rapid development of science and technology, the complexity and uncertainty of the market are increasing. How to integrate external resources efficiently and quickly to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, Supply chain, as a new management mode and concept, has been paid more and more attention, and procurement is the source of supply chain. Its operation ability and performance directly affect the service level and quality of the supply chain. Purchasing management is a key link in the supply chain environment. The management of teaching materials in colleges and universities is an important part of the teaching management in colleges and universities. The quality of teaching materials in colleges and universities will directly affect the quality of teaching. Therefore, the construction and management level of teaching materials in a school is one of the important symbols to measure the level of teachers, teaching and scientific research, which is directly related to the quality of cultivating talents. The purchase of teaching materials is an important basic business work in the teaching management of colleges and universities. The purchasing management of textbooks under the modern supply chain management is the inevitable trend of the teaching materials management in colleges and universities. This paper first summarizes the concept of supply chain, supply chain management and procurement management, and introduces the basic characteristics of supply chain, the objectives, principles and main contents of supply chain management, the principles, significance and content of procurement management. The characteristics, functions and challenges of purchasing under supply chain management. In the third chapter, according to the objectives of college procurement, the general principles and general principles, in the perspective of modern procurement management, This paper probes into the characteristics of college textbook procurement, studies the problems existing in the process of college textbook procurement and its causes. Chapter 4th, the collection of textbooks, the delivery of textbooks, the receipt of textbooks, and the return of textbooks. This paper analyzes several links, such as textbook settlement, and summarizes the strategies of textbook demand under supply chain management, the strategy of ordering teaching materials in batches, the determination of textbook suppliers, the determination of purchasing personnel resources, and so on. On this basis, the paper puts forward the design scheme of the textbook purchasing system in colleges and universities. The system consists of three subsystems: procurement information management system, procurement organization and management system, and supplier management system. Chapter 5th. Through Nanjing SJ College as a case study and analysis of the textbook procurement system. 6th chapter summarizes the main content and innovation of this paper and makes suggestions for further research.
