【摘要】：大学生肩负着祖国发展的伟大使命，当代大学生既要有丰富的专业知识和技能，也应具备积极乐观的心理素质、文明有德的道德品质和健康蓬勃的身体素质。大学生养成教育是高校培养大学生养成良好的思想道德品质和文明礼貌的行为习惯。大学一年级是大学四年教育的基础，大学一年级学生能否在此阶段树立正确的思想观念、养成良好的学习习惯和行为习惯，将会影响他们大学四年甚至将来走向社会后的学习和生活质量。一直以来，党和国家都密切关注大学生的思想政治教育，养成教育作为思想政治教育的一个重要组成部分，是一种基础性教育。因此，加强大学一年级学生的养成教育，不仅符合大学一年级学生的成长规律，更有助于实现思想政治教育的实效性。本文以“大学一年级学生养成教育探析”为研究内容，通过大量阅读和整理相关资料，阐述了养成教育的理论意义和实践意义，分析了养成教育的研究现状，总结出大学一年级学生养成教育中需要提高的地方。文章从研究养成教育的内涵入手，通过调查问卷的数据统计，分析出大学一年级学生日常思想和生活中出现的种种问题和出现这种问题的原因，并归纳出为提高大学一年级学生养成教育的实效性，需要通过发挥思想政治理论课的主渠道、主阵地作用，强化养成教育效果；对大学一年级学生加强法制教育，用制度规范大学一年级学生的行为，，使其行为有章可循；坚持以学生为本的理念，优化校园环境，为大学一年级学生营造健康、向上、团结协作的良好氛围；引导大学一年级学生正确认识自我，逐步培养他们自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的意识；统筹整合各种教育资源，形成全员育人良好局面等渠道，使大学一年级学生养成良好的学习生活习惯，促进大学一年级学生健康成长。

This paper sums up the places that need to be improved in the cultivation education of freshmen.
