【摘要】：本文围绕着大学生集体意识教育进行了三个方面的研究：一、大学生集体意识教育的内容和意义，二、大学生集体意识教育存在的问题及成因分析，三、大学生集体意识教育的实现途径。“社会主义社会是建立在集体主义原则上的，个人不能脱离集体而存在，个人的创造能力和力量也只有在集体中才能得到充分发挥。”1我们所处的社会，其本质是社会主义，即是建立在集体主义原则上的，所以对大学生进行集体意识的教育，是符合我们的社会本质的。本文研究的第一方面主要是为了真正理解集体意识的定义、集体意识教育的涵义，集体意识教育的基本内容包括两点：1、正确引导大学生科学把握个人与集体的关系2、正确认识奉献社会的基本要求。大学生未来将肩负着中国伟大复兴的重任，在当今世界新形势新阶段，加强大学生的集体意识的教育，对于中国的前途命运和大学生的健康成长都具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。大学生集体意识教育的价值就体现在：1、有助于大学生树立正确的价值观2、有助于大学生自身综合素质的提升3、有助于大学生更好的服务社会。追溯历史，我们不难发现，在我国进行社会主义建设的实践中，我们对集体主义的认识有一个在曲折中不断深化的过程，当代大学生的集体意识教育也同样存在着集体意识教育相对弱化，集体意识教育内容比较空泛，集体意识教育形式缺少灵活性，集体意识教学途径比较单一化等问题，集体意识教育的管理机制不够健全，但值得欣慰的是，党和国家已经深刻地认识到思想文化对于当前中国社会主义革命和建设的重要性，在世界风云变幻、国内各种矛盾交织的关键时刻，，必须坚持社会主义本质不能变，必须坚定不移地走社会主义道路。本文的第二方面大学生集体意识教育存在的问题及成因分析，对着这问题的研究主要从三方面：（一）大学生集体意识教育的现状（二）大学生集体意识教育存在的主要问题（三）大学生集体意识教育存在问题的原因。出现问题不可怕，作为高校思想政治工作的辅导员，关键是要具有敏锐的洞察力和睿智的处理能力。国家也正在着手拨乱反正，重视社会主义思想道德的建设，加强集体主义的教育，为我们国家和社会的发展指明了方向，也为大学思想道德教育指明了方向。正气、正义、集体意识、为人民服务等等词语，以及这些方面的突出事迹，渐渐在各种各样媒体中大量显现。在大学这块培养未来接班人的阵地上，这种声音也在回响。本文的第三方面就对大学生集体意识教育的实现途径提出了五点方案：（一）树立科学的集体意识教育理念（二）完善集体意识教育的组织管理机制（三）营造集体意识教育的良好校园环境（四）强化大学生集体意识教育的实践活动（五）提升学校、社会、家庭教育的合力。我们作为高校教育者，肩负着为社会培养和输送合格人才的历史使命，社会所需要的这种合格人才，除了知识和能力的合格，除了身体健康外，更为重要的是人品道德的合格。我们对大学生进行集体意识的教育，目标就是培养他们形成对社会、对他人有正确认识的态度，能正确对待和处理个人利益与集体利益以及社会整体利益之间的关系，能够自觉地把权利和义务很好地结合起来，把维护个人合法权益与应当承担的社会责任统一起来，任何时候都必须把国家和人民利益放在首位，从而最大可能地实现自己的人生价值。2这是我们的社会责任，也是时代赋予我们的神圣使命。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the college students' collective consciousness education research in three aspects: first, the content and significance of College Students' collective consciousness education two, analyzes the problems and causes, existing collective consciousness of College Students' education of three ways to realize the collective consciousness of College Students' education. The future will contribute to the society shouldering the great rejuvenation of China, in the new stage of the new situation in the world, to strengthen the collective consciousness of college students education has important practical significance and far-reaching historical significance for China's fate and the healthy growth of college students. The collective consciousness education students' value is reflected in: 1, to help the students to establish the correct values of 2, will help enhance in 3 the comprehensive qualities of college students, help students to better serve the society. Problems and cause analysis of second college students' collective consciousness education in this paper, the research on this problem mainly from three aspects: (a) the status quo of College Students' collective consciousness education (two) the main problems existing in college students' collective consciousness education (three) college students' collective consciousness education in the cause of the problem.
