云南师范大学教师教育队伍建设特色路径的研究

【摘要】:没有高水平的教师队伍,就没有高质量的教育。一所大学没有高质量的教师教育师资,就没有高质量的教师教育,也就没有一个国家高水平的教师队伍。在全国教育工作会议上,胡锦涛总书记曾指出,“教育大计,教师为本。要把加强教师队伍建设作为教育事业发展最重要的基础工作来抓,充分信任、紧密依靠广大教师,努力造就一支师德高尚、业务精湛、结构合理、充满活力的高素质专业化教师队伍。强国必先强教,强教必先强师。” 教师教育的改革和发展不断深化,教师教育队伍素质的提高不是一劳永逸的,,而要随着改革与时俱进。因此,要使教师教育师资的内在发展力得到持续激发,一种稳定的路径和有效的手段便需要寻找并建立,通过这样的路径,一方面,教师教育教师素质的发展可以获得持续促进,从而实现稳步提高;另一方面,教师教育教师也可以与不断变化的教师教育的要求相适应。因此,笔者通过学习和思考,借鉴和吸收教师队伍建设理论,对云南师范大学教师教育队伍建设路径问题进行研究。全文由四部分组成: 第一部分:绪论。阐述了论文的研究背景和研究的意义,即研究教师教育队伍建设工作的必要性。并且介绍了文章的研究方法和思路。 第二部分:教师教育队伍建设的概述。这一部分主要对教师教育队伍建设的相关概念、教师教育队伍建设的主要内容及基本特征进行分析。 第三部分:云南师范大学教师教育队伍建设的基本状况。这一部分通过查阅资料文献,调查访谈,分析云南师范大学教师教育队伍基本状况、教师教育队伍建设的路径状况,是本文的难点。 第四部分:云南师范大学教师教育队伍建设成效及存在的问题,这一部分通过查阅梳理文献,问卷访谈,分析教师教育队伍建设存在的问题及原因。 第五部分:云南师范大学教师教育队伍建设特色路径的对策思考,该部分在前四部分的基础上,提出教师教育队伍建设的特色路径,本文研究的落脚点。
[Abstract]:Without a high level of teachers, there would be no high-quality education. A university without high-quality teachers to educate teachers, there would be no high-quality teacher education. At the National Conference on Education work, General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out, "the major educational plan is teacher-oriented. It is necessary to take strengthening the construction of teachers' ranks as the most important basic work for the development of educational undertakings." Fully trust, rely closely on the vast number of teachers, and strive to create a team of highly qualified and professional teachers with noble ethics, exquisite work, reasonable structure, and full of vitality. " The reform and development of teacher education is deepening, and the improvement of the quality of teacher education team is not permanent, but should keep pace with the times with the reform. Therefore, the inherent development of teachers in teacher education should be continuously stimulated. A stable path and effective means need to be found and established, through which, on the one hand, the development of teacher education teachers' quality can be continuously promoted, thereby achieving steady improvement; on the other hand, Teacher education teachers can also adapt to the changing requirements of teacher education. Therefore, through learning and thinking, the author draws lessons from and absorbs the theory of teacher team building. This paper studies the path of teacher education team construction in Yunnan normal University. The full text consists of four parts:. The first part is introduction. It expounds the research background and significance of the thesis, that is, the necessity of studying the construction of teachers' education team, and introduces the research methods and ideas of the paper. The second part is an overview of the construction of teacher education team. This part mainly analyzes the related concepts of teacher education team construction, the main content and basic characteristics of teacher education team construction. The third part: the basic situation of the construction of teachers' education team in Yunnan normal University. This part analyzes the basic status of the teachers' education team and the path of the construction of the teachers' education team by consulting the literature, investigating and interviewing, and analyzing the basic situation of the teachers' education team in Yunnan normal University. Is the difficulty of this paper. Part 4th: the achievements and problems of the construction of teachers' education team in Yunnan normal University. This part analyzes the problems and causes of the construction of teachers' education team by consulting the literature, questionnaire and interview. Part 5th: the countermeasures of the construction of teachers' education team in Yunnan normal University. Based on the first four parts, this part puts forward the characteristic path of the construction of teachers' education team, and the foothold of this paper.
