儒家德育思想对当代青少年思想道德教育的影响与对策

【摘要】:国家的强大和民族的复兴都离不开人才的储备,青少年群体作为正在成长的后备力量,,在关注其知识与技能发展的同时也不能忽视其思想道德水平的提高。因为思想道德素质是知识与技能发挥正确作用的有力保障。本文结合思想道德发展的理论,从整体上把握当代青少年思想道德现状,抓住当代青少年在思想道德上可塑性强和自我意识逐渐明显的特点,从青少年自身和外在教育两个角度出发,总结分析当代青少年思想道德及其教育存在的主要问题,其中青少年自身方面主要包括了知行脱节化、道德意识淡薄化、价值取向功利化的问题;外在教育方面主要包括了教育内容脱离现实、教材编写背离学生兴趣、教育方法单调传统的问题。以上问题的出现是家庭教育出现偏差、学校教育力度不大、社会德育氛围弱化,优秀传统道德观念受到挑战等一系列因素共同造成的。 针对以上当代青少年思想道德教育出现的种种问题,本文结合儒家德育思想理论,从儒家美德自身的魅力出发,充分挖掘儒家在教育原则、教育方法、教育内容等方面的可利用价值,涵盖了包括青少年自身、家长、教师、及其他外在教育因素应从儒家德育思想里汲取的精华,一一对应来帮助青少年全面提高思想道德素质。另外,利用儒家德育思想来影响当代青少年思想道德教育,还需要把握儒家德育思想教育的科学性、重视青少年思想道德教育的实践性,并且要结合家庭、学校、社会的共同力量,把儒家德育思想的价值充分发挥出来。
[Abstract]:The strength of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation can not be separated from the reserve of talents. The youth group is the reserve force that is growing. While paying attention to the development of their knowledge and skills, the improvement of their ideological and moral level should not be ignored, because the ideological and moral quality is a powerful guarantee for the correct function of knowledge and skill. This paper combines the theory of ideological and moral development, To grasp the present ideological and moral situation of contemporary teenagers as a whole, to grasp the characteristics of ideological and moral plasticity and self-consciousness of contemporary teenagers, and to proceed from the two angles of teenagers' own and external education. This paper summarizes and analyzes the main problems existing in the ideological and moral education of contemporary teenagers, in which the adolescents themselves mainly include the problems of disjointed knowledge and action, weak moral consciousness and utilitarian value orientation. The external education mainly includes the problem that the educational content is divorced from reality, the compilation of teaching materials deviates from the students' interest, and the educational methods are monotonous and traditional. The above problems are caused by the deviation of family education and the low intensity of school education. A series of factors, such as weakening the atmosphere of social moral education and challenging the excellent traditional moral concept, are caused by a series of factors. In view of the above problems in the ideological and moral education of contemporary teenagers, this paper combines the theory of Confucian moral education, from the charm of Confucian virtue itself, and fully excavates the Confucian principles and methods of education. The available value of educational content covers the essence of the Confucian moral education, including the youth themselves, parents, teachers, and other external educational factors. In addition, the use of Confucian moral education to influence the ideological and moral education of contemporary young people also needs to grasp the scientific nature of Confucian moral education. We should attach importance to the practicality of ideological and moral education of teenagers and combine the common strength of family, school and society to give full play to the value of Confucian moral education.
