大学交往德育模式建立及其实施策略研究

【摘要】:我国大学德育工作已取得了显著成就。但是依然存在一些薄弱环节,如:大学德育理论研究相对薄弱,大学德育实效性亟待提高,大学德育规律研究需要加强。面对现代大学德育的现状,我们必须对大学德育的理论和实践进行反思,不断引进和更新大学德育理念,找回大学德育所固有的属性。教育起源于交往,大学交往德育模式使大学德育实践重回德育主体的生活世界,回归到人自身的精神需求,这一本质根源,达到了个人与社会需求的统一。本文以马克思和哈贝马斯交往理论为理论基础,更新德育观念,尝试探讨大学交往德育模式的建立及其实施策略,从而丰富大学德育的理论和实践。 文章第一部分首先在分析了“交往”和“交往德育”涵义的基础上,厘清了大学交往德育模式的涵义。其次,借鉴了马克思和哈贝马斯的交往行为理论的一些有价值的观点阐述了建立大学交往德育模式的理论基础。再次,探讨了大学实施交往德育模式的必要性、作用和意义。 第二部分从理念、原则和过程等几个方面探讨了大学交往德育的建立。大学交往德育充分体现以人为本的理念,其存在的基础就是丰富而现实的生活世界。大学交往德育模式所要遵循的原则为:主体间性原则;情境性原则;平等性对话原则;互动性原则;全面理解性原则;灵活性原则。大学交往德育模式的过程为:对话交流;道德论证;全面理解;促进生成;共识分享。 第三部分重点探讨了大学交往德育模式的实施策略,完成大学交往德育从理论到实践的统一。首先,提出大学交往德育模式实现的环境保障:营造“以人为本”的校园文化环境,建立“个人成长导师制”的制度环境以及构建“回归生活世界”的实践环境。其次,提出了大学交往德育模式情境模式的创设,主要包括:构建以“问题为中心”的课堂教育情境,构建“回归生活世界”的生活交往情境以及构建“互动合作”的主题活动情境。再次,论述了大学交往德育模式的运行途径:现场对话互动、组织化对话互动、生活化对话互动以及媒介化对话互动。最后,阐明了大学交往德育模式的工作方法:讨论教育法、生活交流教育法、熏陶感染教育法以及生活实践互动法。
[Abstract]:The university moral education in our country has made remarkable achievements, but there are still some weak links, such as: the theoretical research of university moral education is relatively weak, and the actual effect of university moral education needs to be improved urgently. In the face of the present situation of moral education in modern universities, we must reflect on the theory and practice of moral education in universities and constantly introduce and update the ideas of moral education in universities. The mode of moral education in university makes the practice of moral education return to the life world of moral education subjects, and return to the spiritual needs of people, which is the essential root. On the basis of Marx's and Habermas' theory of communication, this paper renews the concept of moral education, and tries to explore the establishment and implementation strategy of the mode of moral education in college communication. So as to enrich the theory and practice of moral education in universities. The first part of the article firstly clarifies the meaning of the mode of university communication moral education on the basis of analyzing the meaning of "communication" and "communicative moral education". This paper draws lessons from some valuable viewpoints of Marx and Habermas' theory of communicative behavior and expounds the theoretical basis of establishing the model of moral education in college communication. Thirdly, it discusses the necessity, function and significance of implementing the mode of communicative moral education in universities. The second part discusses the establishment of moral education in college communication from the aspects of idea, principle and process. Its existence is based on a rich and realistic life world. The principles to be followed in the moral education model of university communication are: intersubjectivity principle; situational principle; equality dialogue principle; interactive principle; comprehensive understanding principle; Flexibility principle. The process of moral education model in college communication is: dialogue and communication; moral argumentation; comprehensive understanding; promoting generation; consensus sharing. The third part focuses on the implementation strategy of the moral education model of university communication, and completes the unification of the theory and practice of the moral education of college communication. The paper puts forward the environmental protection for the realization of the moral education mode of university communication: constructing the campus cultural environment of "people-oriented", establishing the institutional environment of "personal growth tutor system" and the practical environment of "returning to the world of life". This paper puts forward the creation of the situational model of moral education in college communication, which mainly includes: constructing the classroom education situation with "problem as the center", Thirdly, the paper discusses the running ways of moral education mode of college communication: on-the-spot dialogue and interactive, organized dialogue and interaction, and establishes the interactive situation of "returning to the world of life" as well as the thematic activity situation of "interactive cooperation". Finally, the working methods of the moral education mode of college communication are expounded: discussing the education law, the life communication education method, the edifying infection education law and the life practice interaction law.
